I recently had a rather disappointing experience while trying to place an order over the phone. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior on this occasion significantly marred my perception. Throughout the call, the staff member seemed impatient, frequently interrupting me while I was trying to clarify my order and ask questions about some of the menu items. There was a notable lack of professionalism that I wouldn't expect from a business priding itself on customer service. What was most troubling was the tone of voice used — it was dismissive and bordered on rude, especially when I asked for clarification on the price of food. I ordered 2 plates puri sabji, 3 plates kachori aaloo, half kg curd and 4 piece rasgula to safdarjung enclave through porter.He charged extra 20 rupees for box packing.but has sent curd in polythene.All the puri and kachori got spoilt as even after charging extra he sent thepacket of curd which torned off due to heat of puri sabji.i have paid 440 for food and 300 for porter.Though he is a renowned name in Rohini area but his packing and dealing with customer skill is not less than street hawker.He is not atall taking responsibility of his packing and our spoilt food. I got food poisoning after eating here — and I’m certain it was from their falooda, which tasted off from the first bite. No hygiene, no quality control, and clearly no care about what they’re serving customers.

Their standards are non-existent. Everything looked dirty, and the staff seemed careless. I expected street food quality, but this was a whole new low.
