SGF-Spice Grill Flame — Restaurant in Delhi

Very very rude staff & person on cash counter yesterday's night was so arrogant and ir-responsible. Misbehaving after taking orders. Standing at my car door just to have an argument over anything.

Firstly, The staff waiter which was comming to take orders doesn't even know if the restaurant will serve a refill with a 260 rs thali or not, While taking the order he said yes we'll give a refill. And I also asked for the choice of breads. And asked for garlic naan instead of laccha parantha. That waiter was so out of him mind or might be drunk. That he said yes we'll give while taking order and after the order he didn't. And I got 1 garlic naan & 1 laccha parantha that too after soo much of argument with them.

Other waiter come to settle the argument said the thali had 250ml of quantity per sabzi, which was not more than 80ml. I told him to bring water and fill the same quantity of water in each section to prove but he didn't come back . And all this because they don't want to cater the person for the food.

After this the counter boy came , which was not being called, he keeps his hands in mar doors and stand like a goon there and keeps arguing, just because he didn't want to give sabzi to me to complete the 260rs thali meal. And keep arguing over and over .

Finally I didn't get enough sabzi to complete my thali & had to throw the left over. Total I paid was 280. Bill was of 173. And I didn't get the bill also.

I had a hands folded request with the owners to not entertain such staff , they'll only ruin your name in market. Anyways it's your loss.

Recently opened new outlet in sector-11 rohini, is certainly an amazing one for veg lovers. Wonder tawa chaap, made with perfection, perfectly flavoured and the aroma would just tell you before hand that this tawa chaap was cooked with some passion. Also i ordered paneer butter masala pieces were soft and creamy. Nicely spiced and subtle taste. Also their malai paneer tikka seemed fresh and was indeed delicious. The food delivered was hot and got delivered much quicker. It didn't need to reheat, we could enjoy the fresh taste directly from the kitchen.
