I recently ordered Daal Makhni from Wha Ji Wah in Prashant Vihar via Zomato, and I must say it was an amazing experience! Wha Ji Wah truly knows how to make a delicious and authentic Langar style Daal Makhni that leaves you craving for more. Here are some key points that made this order memorable:
Rich and Creamy: The Daal Makhni at Wha Ji Wha had the perfect balance of flavors. The creamy texture was spot on, and the richness of the dish was simply delightful. Each bite was a velvety blend of lentils, butter, and spices that created a harmonious taste.
Authentic Taste: Wha Ji Wha has managed to capture the true essence of Punjabi cuisine. The Daal Makhni had that distinct smoky flavor that comes from slow-cooking the lentils for hours same like Gurudwaara. recipe passed down through generations.
Generous Portion Size: The portion size of the Daal Makhni was more than generous. It was perfect for sharing with friends or indulging in a hearty meal. The quantity was more than enough to satisfy my appetite, and I even had leftovers for the next day.
Prompt Delivery: The Zomato delivery service was efficient, and my order arrived promptly. The packaging was sturdy and ensured that the Daal Makhni remained piping hot and fresh. The delivery executive was polite and professional, adding to the overall positive experience.
Value for Money: Wha Ji Wha offers great value for money with their Daal Makhni Costs ₹150 Full. Considering the quality, taste, and portion size, the price was reasonable and justified the overall experience.
In conclusion, Wha Ji Wha in Prashant Vihar through Zomato is a go-to place for an amazing Daal Makhni experience. The rich and creamy texture, authentic taste, generous portion size, prompt delivery, and value for money make it a top choice for anyone craving this Punjabi delicacy. I would highly recommend giving their Daal Makhni a try; you won't be...
Read moreToday I'll give only 1 star that's only for past experiences, rest i have vary bad experience today they cross height of neglency, (wah ji wah) (Prashant vihar) outlet.
Today I have order my food by 10:04pm and iam waiting my order till 12:30pm (approx 2.30 hour) still they don't deliver my order, and than finally they closed thier shop, they don't apologies for delay or not delivering. After waiting long time i will call to delivery person (swiggy person), but they (shop manager wah ji wah ) were vary blunt to delivery person and said tell the customer they don't make the order cause they were also busy in foof making for others..
I just simply question on them, if you have enough customer and you guys not able to hw to handle it, so please closed your online app first, you guys need money to get the order but after that you forget to deliver on time..
Iam waiting my order 2.30 hours after that Y ou closed your shop, really this is vary disappointed. i will take pledge today onwards I will not order to wah ji wah Prashant vihar any more....

Read moreHave been a regular at this place. This is place known for its varied preparations of the soyabean chaap {Vegetarian's chicken :) }.
Recommended :Afghani chaap , Malai chaap and Hariyali chaap.
Food quality :3.5/5 Food variety :3.5/5 Service : 3/5 Value for money: 4/5
Observations : They also serve paneer, mushroom and other preparations, but I feel they are not that as great as the chaap preparations. Personally I feel paneer tikka can be grilled better and dahi K kabab made with less oil/cream.
No proper sitting place, so you will need to eat while standing near the shop or in your car or makeshift sitting places you can find near the shop. The server though serves accordingly.
Personally, I prefer the Afghani chaap and Hariyali chaap over the rest of the items owing to the correct balance in tastes of chaap, oil and the marination further enhanced by the tandoor. Malai chaap feels too oily and heavy.
Price generally varies in the Rs.80 to Rs 130 (half servings) for most of their items. Imho this joint being too frequented should look to reduce it's prices a tad bit.
Though soyabean chaap is all protein, but don't look forward to any healthier alternatives here if you're looking to maximise on your...
