I hosted my baby's first birthday party at this venue, and while they initially promised to take care of everything, the reality was completely different. On the day of the event, the staff and even the floor manager were unresponsive and unhelpful—we had to serve our own guests because no one from their team was available to assist. We specifically requested that a birthday song be played during the cake-cutting ceremony. Despite multiple confirmations from their side that it would be done, it never happened. It was incredibly frustrating. Every guest of mine was saying why you hosted here, when you have to to evrything. The Ac was not working properly, I asked 4-5 times to turned the Ac on the the one staff was telling me that this is not working dur to technical issue. I mean why you alot the area where AC doesn't work ???

What makes it worse is that this wasn’t even a busy day—just a regular Monday with maybe 10 other guests on another floor. So there was no excuse for the poor service. Yet, when it came time to settle the bill, the manager was quick to show up and ask for payment twice. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I recently visited Haldiram’s with a few friends for a casual lunch, and I must say, the experience was impressive. Known for its wide range of Indian snacks and meals, Haldiram’s lives up to its reputation for quality and consistency.

Ambience: Clean, well-lit, and efficiently organized. It’s not a fine-dine spot, but perfect for a quick, comfortable meal. The self-service model keeps things moving smoothly even during busy hours.

Food: We ordered Chole Bhature, Raj Kachori, and Dhokla, followed by Rasmalai for dessert. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The Chole had the right amount of spice, the Bhature were fluffy, and the Raj Kachori was perfectly crisp with a tangy twist. Rasmalai was creamy and just sweet enough.
