This place used to be iconic and one of the best places to hangout with friends and family but these days they don't even care if the place is clean or not dirty floor smelling washroom stained window not to mention the non friendly staff they just wana serve u that's all I asked the manager of they still gave the restaurant tour to which she had no clue and didn't even respond like she didn know whY I was talking what happened to the world class service that mc Donald's once had in delhi that brings the whole point of writing thie review mc Donald's is know for their Coke fountain it has its own blend of syrup and soda and better taste then the average bottled coke we get in the market but today we had coke and it had a strange taste to it first I taught it's the taste of the paper straws they provide so I removed it and had a go at it but the taste was still there then my wife started complaining that her coke tasted different as well it tasted like coke mixed with dishwashing soap we complained to the staff and asked for any other drink as we only took sips of our drinks but can u believe they just had that bad tasting coke and water nothing else how bad u want this too be and when asked for refund a whole different story there as well food and safety inspections should be done in that store it's not worth calling that place mc Donald's I was once part of mc Donald's at the very same store and it was a very different place please get the standards up to its...

I placed an order with McDonald's via Zomato and the delivery executive provided by Zomato delivered spilt coffee to me without so much as an apology. Upon contacting Zomato's customer support team, they didn't help me either and just prolonged the process of resolution further by asking to write them an email. On contacting McDonald's, a polite staff member received my call and despite not being at fault, provided me a quick resolution for fault at Zomato's end. Not only he sent me compensation for the spilt coffee, he provided me with a complimentary coffee too without my asking for it. Even the valet from McDonald's who delivered it to me was courteous and polite. I'm highly impressed and thankful to the whole team at McDonald's serving at Anupam Complex, Saket.
