Gautam’s O Dine — Restaurant in Sarabha Nagar

My wife and I visited this restaurant and we are less than satisfied. We ordered the guacamole Caesar salad, but it did not have guacamole. We then order 2 curries and requested that they use less source, but the waiter did not convey this to the kitchen. When we arrived the waiter brought a warm bottle of water and proceeded to pour it into our glasses without bothering to ask us if we wanted water. There were other issues with the wait staff as well. In terms of food, it was okay at best. As far as ambience is concerned, the outside is very attractive, bit the main dining room reminds me of an instititionalized dining room within a care home foe the elderly. There were also a lot of flies and my wife complained of mosquitoes. Granted this was the first night of opening, but it seems that their staff pis untrained. Also, they need to make sure that what is described on the menu is what is truly offered. Do I recommend this restaurant? At this time, I don't and will not likely return. I am totally disappointed in the service provided by Gautam O Dine. I have been going with my family to this restaurant from past year, and last year I wrote a positive review but now this restaurant has totally disappointed me due to the lack of efficient and polite staff and I have a long list. My sister was reading the menu and the waiter just took away the menu from her without even asking, I confronted him regarding this and he just chuckled like wth? The staff was coming as extremely rude, I guess just because we were a little but under dressed? But that’s not how you run the restaurant. We had to ask the waiter 4 times just for water. We called the waiter twice for taking the order but he just ignored, maybe he wasn’t trying to but it was very awkward. We had mostly good experience at this restaurant with some minor issues.

Good: -Food was yummy -The variety of menu items were great -Ambience was nice (however construction ongoing outside) -Kids loved the desserts -Received a discount for booking through the food app
