HeeBee Coffee — Restaurant in Punjab

Truly blown away by this place. It's one of the best coffee house in Ludhiana (who wants Starbucks, eh?) I have visited the place a few times, once on a date and other times to buy their cheesecake (more on this ahead!).

The Ambience: Awesome, minimalist, cozy, soft and professional. The beige and black and browns complement the relaxed feel you want to have while drinking your coffee and perhaps for a professional look while attending your meetings or conferences from there. Lovely lightening and the tree in the middle looks awesome (would've been awesomer if it were real tho).

The Food: Honestly, I haven't tried much of the menu from there, just a few things and coffees. The coffee taste heavenly and they have so many flavors to choose from! I have had a sandwich and they're generous in the filling. Their assortment of desserts are not only a lot but they taste scrumptious too.

Coming back to the cheesecake... OMG, that is literally nirvana. Both the PHEEBEE cheesecake and the Chin Chin Chu cheesecake will blow away your taste buds and leave you wanting... no, needing... more. Can't even begin to describe that honestly. MUST TRY!

The Service: Very sweet and cooperative. The people behind the counter give you suggestions if you're looking for something particular and help you out in a good way.

One thing which sometimes becomes slightly annoying is that while they have a lot of customers, only one till is usually working to take orders. This makes the line quite long and many customers take nearly 15-20 minutes to finalize their order. I've had this experience almost everytime I went and suffice to say, sometimes I wish I'd gone somewhere else.

Possibly politely asking customers to take their time while tending to others in the queue or opening up the 2nd till would drastically benefit the overall experience.

And.. that was a reason why I took out the 1 star from my review. But, don't let that stop you from grabbing their cheesecakes because they are...

My whole review is for there blunder with service & food !! BEING A TYPICAL FOOD LOVER I WAS SAD AND HAD WORST EXPERIENCE FELT LIKE ITS A MUCH CREATED SOCIAL HYPE.. ONE SHOULDN'T EXPERIMENT IF ITS NOT YOUR LINE OF INTEREST (YOU ARE COFFEE SPECIAL WHY RUINING IT WID BAD FOOD ) MOREOVER ITS NOT ABOUT FOOD BEING SERVED AT FINE DINE OR A CAFE.. IF YOUR PRICES ARE SIMILAR TO FINE DINE THAN DEFINITELY CLIENT HAS EXPECTATIONS. (OBVIOUSLY INCREASED WID SOCIAL HYPE TOO)

• there are 8-9 staff inside counter but in case the main cashier is busy counting money.. one has to wait until she is finished with job. Your orders will be taken later. NICE ATTITUDE AND PROFESSIONALISM

LETS TALK ABOUT FOOD : • PASTA - ITS GOOD ( BECAUSE REST EVERYTHING I ORDERED WAS NOT WORTH)

• ALL DAY BREAKFAST PLATE THEY SERVE RED BEANS (RAJMA) IN PLACE OF BAKED BEANS AND CHEF SAYS. WE CANT BE MORE AUTHENTIC THAN THAT.

-GARLIC BREAD IS SERVED IN PLACE OF TOAST

they have kababs in portion. So I ordered add on of one extra to taste two types. SHOCKING PART - PLATE JUST SERVED ONE TYPE.. AND WEN TALKED TO STAFF. THEY WERE SORRY AS THEY FORGOT OTHER ONE. ( it was dahi ke kabab)

MY LIL COUSIN ORDERED STUFFED PANEER KULCHA (lil kid says. Bro it tastes like over nite paneer gravy left and poured over the plate of kulchas) KIDS DO HONEST REVIEW..

BREADS OR GARLIC BREADS SERVED WERE NOT THAT FRESH.

** No hard feelings but felt really hurt.. food is a emotion. And you really can't be that blunt with emotions . . You have to be specific if you have it...

It was raining and my friend and i decided to go out for breakfast and when I searched for breakfast places in ludhiana, I saw hee bee which showed open at the moment where as others were closed and we decided that we will try that and it was out first visit by the way because we aren't locals from ludhiana and to be honest it wasn't worth it , after deciding what to eat we were told that the chef came just 5 min earlier so food will take about 1 hr to be prepared and we were quite hungry at the moment so asked them to provide us with something quick and satisfying and they said avacado toast will take lesser time so we placed the order along with a hot chocolate and a capachinno but then the toast was tasteless and coffee was not up to our expectations and we were still hungry after spending 1200rs , Total waste of money , I think It would have been better if I had spent this amount on a breakfast buffet at a fancy restaurant where I would have so many fulfilling options and also worth the money! I am very angry and disappointed with the services, won't visit again and won't recommend it to anyone ! Barista is far better from you guys to please level up for the food and services and drop down the level of prices ! It's just overhyped and overpriced,...
