Belfrance ,one of the best bakers and resturant in sharabha ngr,kipps Market in Ludhiana.No doubt a posh area with so many restaurants , icecream shops,spa,Botiques but belfrance , definitely on top position.It was birthday of my son Milind Kwatra's birthday,so we choose Belfrance a perfect blend of delicious dishes and hospitality,one man specialy visit every table to satisfy their requirements and ask about quality of foods and if there is any negligence from staff,this is hospitality , nobody cares this.Hat off to the responsible staff. Food quality is so good and delicious ,just one cannot express in words , because it's matter of taste.Ample parking as usual in this market,well planned infrastructure ,neat and clean atmosphere for a family and friends to enjoy and spend their time happily...

I had ordered a chocolate (Belgian, 33%cocoa) fondant cake for 8th November for my daughter's 6th birthday. The cake delivered was not as per our design and had minor flaws. To my utter horror, when my daughter cut the cake, it was a black forest cake instead of the choclate one (which is their speciality) as ordered. Also, to add to my dissapointment, most of the guests didn't even eat the fondant and wasted most of the cake. Not hailing from Ludhiana, yet being an ardent lover of this place for it's cakes and food, I'm highly sad to be writing such a negative review. Hope that next time no one is let...

We as the family had a bad experience. I don't know their criteria for categorising their customers. How do they prioritise? Looks, mobile, Hindi English, God knows...

Our doughnuts came 15 mins later after 2 reminders, no one came for orders, gave order twice, after 20mins order was not placed, one another customer other than us, but still they ignored us as we came for free food.

Felt very bad. Don't know about taste as ate nothing as such to comment. Won't go there again for sure. Thousands like them in the city.

Probably their owner must be a very humble man so that their staff feels...
