VEERJI'S CAFE & RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Satna

Want to give 0 star for the service and unprofessional behaviour of staff and owner (THE SINGER) but there is no such option. Had pathetic experience on 14.11.23 on birthday of one of my friend. We visited around 10.15 pm with family and kids (11+5 kids) and one of their staff asked to wait just 5 minutes for the table but it took around 20 minutes and then after we ordered our food and their waitress manupulated us by offering 2 much expensive dishes of her own choice by saying it is around same price of the dish we want to order with better taste but it was just opposite as promised and at 11.10 pm while having our dinner we further ordered for biryani but they said kitchen is closed now and we cannot order further. No one informed us that they are about to close, Dont know which restaurent does this to their customer. We complaint to their owner but the owner didnot accepted their mistake and told us that it is not possible that their staff has not prior informed us for closure. Owner also asked us dont be over smart and it is time to close and they are currently number 1 in Satna so they cannot be wrong only the customer is wrong.
