I recently visited the Pizza Hut outlet at No. 29/6 Nangia Park Chowk, Shakti Nagar (postcode 110007) — a pretty centralized location right off GT Karnal Road, tucked into the local shopping‑market area of Shakti Nagar .

📍 Location & Access • Easy to find if you’re familiar with Nangia Park. Visible signage, just beside the chowk near Delhi University’s North Campus suburbs (). • Parking: Limited but doable—street parking around the chowk; not much dedicated space. Better to come via metro (GTB or Kamla Nagar) or use a bike/two‑wheeler.

Surprisingly the pizza hut outlet is 1.5 km from our location but pizza hut don't deliver. According to the Pizza hut delevery rules they delever in 2 kms. If we want to eat pizza we need to order from Domino's or lapino. Both got good options and good offers.

There is very less employees. Service is slow. Parking issue. We need to pickup our pizza and pay same as delivered. Stairs are very clumsy pizza hut save money to create the entry Stairs. NOT Safe for a kid to climb or get down from the entry Stairs. It's a open road anyone can park so the cops can tow your vehicle when you enjoy pizza.

No doubtless pizza hut is not sure why they open...

Worst pizzas we had in our lives both veg and non veg , the base was too thick and the toppings or seasoning was pathetic even after upgrading to extra cheese it was bad , the staff behaviour is rude and the manager lady if I am not wrong Miss Soni is pathetic acting as if she doesn't care at all.

Please don't visit this outlet and probably go to dominos that is less than 50 steps away from it.

Pizza hut please train your staff in terms of preparation and behaviour both , we are the ones who are paying you so atleast talk to us nicely rather than making faces.
