Extremely Disappointing Dining Experience

I recently dined at Pinch of spice and I must say it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've ever had. The issues I encountered were numerous, making it impossible to recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Food Quality: The first and most glaring problem was the quality of the food. Everything we ordered came to the table cold, which is unacceptable. The taste was also subpar, leaving us wondering if the dishes had been sitting around for a while. It's as though they had lost all regard for the quality of the food they were serving.

Service: The service was equally dismal. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive. They often appeared to be in a hurry and weren't willing to listen to our concerns or make any adjustments to our orders. This lack of attention to detail is a significant flaw in any dining establishment.

Value for Money: It was clear that the high prices didn't correlate with the quality of the food or service. The entire experience was far from being worth the money we spent. In fact, it felt like a complete waste of our hard-earned cash.

Atmosphere: The atmosphere was far from inviting. The restaurant lacked the ambiance one would expect from an establishment of this caliber. The overall decor and lighting were uninspiring, adding to the overall disappointment of the evening.

Feedback Process: To make matters worse, when we attempted to provide feedback on our experience, we were met with resistance and indifference. Mr. Tiwari, the manager, demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and failed to respond adequately to our grievances. This lack of concern for customer feedback is a sign of a poorly managed establishment.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at Pinch of Spice to think twice. This establishment falls short in every aspect that matters - food quality, service, value for money, atmosphere, and the ability to address customer concerns. It's a shame that such a potentially great dining experience was marred by such severe issues. I hope the restaurant takes these critiques seriously and strives to make necessary improvements...

Restaurant Review: A Great Place for Celebrations!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant in West Delhi for a family get-together and a birthday party, and it was truly a memorable experience.

Food (4/5): The food was absolutely delicious! We tried a variety of dishes, including Dal Makhni, Paneer Lababdar, Masala Chaap, Dimsums, and Chilli Potatoes, and they were all awesome. The flavors were rich and authentic, and there was something for everyone, whether you're a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian.

Service (5/5): The service here deserves a special mention. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in, and their prompt service made our celebration even more enjoyable.

Atmosphere (4/5): The restaurant had a vibrant and lively atmosphere, perfect for a family gathering or a birthday party. However, one thing to note is that it can get a bit noisy due to TVs placed throughout the restaurant. It didn't bother us too much, but it's something to keep in mind if you prefer a quieter dining experience.

Price per Person: With a price range of ₹800–1,000 per person, it's reasonable for the quality and variety of food they offer, especially for a special occasion.

Recommended Dishes: Some of our favorites included Dal Makhani, Veg Pulao, Pan Shots, Lemon Fish, Chilli Potatoes, and the delightful Paan Shot for dessert.

Vegetarian Options: While the restaurant primarily serves non-veg dishes, they do offer a good selection of vegetarian options, making it a nice choice for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Parking Space: Unfortunately, I'm not sure about the parking situation, as we didn't use it on this visit.

Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for family gatherings and birthday parties. The fantastic food, exceptional service, and lively atmosphere make it a great choice for special occasions. Despite the TV noise, the overall experience more than compensates for it. We left with happy hearts and full stomachs, looking forward to...

Pinch of Spice is an exceptional restaurant located in the heart of New Delhi. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a comfortable seating arrangement and friendly staff that makes you feel right at home.

The menu is extensive, offering a wide range of Indian and Mughlai cuisine that caters to every taste and preference. The dishes are prepared with the freshest ingredients and the traditional cooking techniques to ensure that the flavors are authentic and delicious.

One of the standout dishes is the Chicken Tikka Masala, which is tender and succulent, coated in a creamy tomato-based sauce that is perfectly spiced. The Biryani is another crowd favorite, with fragrant rice and tender meat that is cooked to perfection.

The service at Pinch of Spice is excellent, with attentive staff who are always ready to assist with any queries and recommendations. The restaurant is also well-designed, with spacious seating arrangements that allow for a comfortable dining experience.

Overall, Pinch of Spice is an excellent choice for anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The quality of the food, combined with the exceptional service, makes for an unforgettable dining experience that is sure to leave a lasting impression. Highly...

Once my favourite place has turned into a hopeless mess. Their food quality has gone down tremendously and they’ve turned into cheap goons. My last ( as in literally and figuratively) was on Mar 17. I ordered their premium signature range cocktail , fish bowl margarita in which they say on the menu that they put corona beer but since the last 2 visits, they’ve been giving me excuses like covid, non- supply etc and substituting the inr 285/- beer with some cheap one. This time I got really annoyed with their excuses and asked to them to either discontinue the cocktail or not to charge for the premium corona beer. The cocktail really tasted like a country liquor with the hoegaarden beer( inr 165/-) The chilli chicken was over cooked and rubbery. The lemon fish was barren without any kind of red- yellow peppers( exotic veggies was part of the deal earlier). The manager was blatantly unapologetic and boisterous. I guess they have become smug after their consistently good debacle. However, if the restaurant does not maintain its quality, I don’t see why customers will like to spend a bomb for pathetic food and service. They’ve already lost a loyal customer in me. Every drop maketh the ocean. Please see pictures for the authenticity.

The ambience and seating area is really good. It is proper fine dining and spacious. The food is spicy and flavorful. We ordered honey chili potato, salt and pepper, paneer tikka and veg monchow soup for starters. Every item was delicious, especially paneer tikka. For main course we ordered, Daal Bukhara, Paneer Lababdar and breads. If you have had daal Bukhara at ITC Maurya then don't compare this with that. The daal here was delicious for daal makhani. It was well cooked and had the perfect blend of cream. Paneer Lababdar was delicious too but was spicy. In breads, we liked roti and laccha parantha better than Naan. Paranthan and roti was crisp. The staff was quick and courteous. Really took good care of us. It was packed on a Saturday night but we got lucky and found a table quickly. Would suggest you book in advance. Dine out has amazing deals. Would definitely visit again.

Its a great restaurant, with really yummy food, dahi ke kabab were too good! Honey chilli potato was awesome! We ordered garlic naan, stuffed naan, lacha parantha and panner kulcha with dal bukhara ( fancy name for daal makhni), paneer butter masala and kadhai paneer. Garlic naan had garlic pieces in it rather than just garlic paste like in some of the restaurants I've been to. The lacha parantha was crispy just the way i like it. Stuff naan and paneer kulcha were heavy. Everything was very tasty. Especially kadhai paneer. Paneer butter masala was on the sweeter side of things. Daal makhni was also good. They had complementary paan shots at the end with cool smoke coming out from the plate. It was delicious! Very courteous staff and very helpful too. Do go there and have fun :)
