I recently had the pleasure of lunching at Anubhuti, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We visited this restro yesterday, the ambience and the hospitality of the staff was good , although the lady taking orders was bit rude I would say, almost sounded disinterested, the owner and the managers were good. Lets come to the main part,the food was not upto the mark at all. We ordered Afgani kebab, basanti pulao, kosha mangsho & dhakai pora mutton. The dishes served almost in no time, so it was pre cooked obviously, the kebab served was ice cold, chewy ,felt like rubber inside the mouth, Pulao rice was so sticky looked like lumps, Kosha mangsho was good but the dhakai pora mangsho tasted no different from kosha mangsho and even the mutton was under cooked to some extent. The mutton dishes were served cold although they reheated it after asking, So I wont recomend this...

Yesterday I visited and I am impressed. The taste of the food is just awesome, balanced taste and properly cooked...Neat and Clean dishes,,,no floating of oil on food bowls... The fish Tikka and chicken Tikka both were mouthwatering... marination were perfect and cooking time on tandoor was absolutely correct... And I can't express the happiness of having Bengali cuisines as well...

One suggestion- In future you can work on the chanar dalna...give round shape to all the chanar bora bcz generally we all have grown up by having round shape chanar dalna... it's the nostalgia and give the feeling of home...

Restaurant's staff were so professional and humble.... you guys are doing phenomenonal job......
