Very very poor service. First of all I ordered pizza through the app(dine in order )10-15 min before reaching the outlet. When I reached the outlet was expecting it to be cool in this high rising summer heat but unfortunately no A/c was working.Only 3 stand fans were operating (only 2 for public). Secondly there was no one to assist at the counter.After 10mins of waiting a lady came when I asked her about my order she told wait she will check.20mins passed but no one came to assist even the lady to whom I have placed the order. Many customers were waiting.Even after asking the staff who were standing near the oven no reply was received.The restaurant was busy processing delivery orders fast may be to fulfill 30mins delivery guarantee. I want to ask dominos customers ordering dine in pizza are they eating pizzas in free! After about 50mins passed enough of telling I receivedy order that too pizza was not hot because pizza was ready 20 mins early but the garlic bread wasn't ready. Thirdly I had also ordered coke the coke was not cold at all. Are we fools that after paying 70rs for coke 475ml I will drink hot coke.Very very poor management.My mother told me earlier that lets go to pizza hut it is near our place but I insisted her to go to dominos but all my hopes were shattered.Very very poor management. Lastly when I entered the shop the table was dirty told them to clean it but no response was received. Even the washroom was not functional it was written under maintenance.I want to ask all needs maintenance at the same time ac washroom.It would be best to close the shop for few days and renovate it. I'm not expecting a reply like to share your phone no. to reach you for more details and further assistance.The details that was needed I have given all. I am expecting dominos to take strict action against the management and if they can't then close down the shop. Noted gonna visit dominos any more particularly sf road one instead switch to other brands....
Read moreI had placed an order for Pizza on 29.05.2022 (Order No. 192). As per the policy of Domino's, it was supposed to arrive within 30 minutes. The delivery person from Domino's, S.F. Road, Siliguri arrived around 12 minutes late. When I spoke with the Store Manager, I was informed that I need to pay the bill amount to the delivery person and Rs. 300/- shall be credited in my Domino's wallet. But later on I got to know that the delivery Person had cheated me. He punched into the online system that he had delivered Pizza within 30 minutes. When I complained on their website, I received a call from their North East Region in-charge Mr. Joydev. He verbally agreed that the delivery person had deliberately done wrong but refused to give anything in writing or email. I informed him that I have full CCTV recording of area outside my house to prove that the delivery person had done fraud. But it seems that the North East Region in-charge is not bothered at all regarding the same. Hence I appeal to all to not fall into this scam by Domino's. Whenever the delivery person is late, either refuse to accept the order or make the delivery person enter time of delivery in the system in your presence to avoid any fraud.

We are currently standing outside the Domino’s outlet, and it’s 11:28 AM, but the store is still not open even though the official opening time is 11:00 AM. We have been waiting outside since 10:50 AM in extreme heat, and only half the shutter is open. This is not the kind of service we expect from a well-known brand like Domino’s.
We came from 17 km away (Bengdubi Military Station) just to have pizza, but this kind of delay is very disappointing. When we asked a staff member about the delay, she politely informed us that she is working alone and there’s no team to support her right now — and the store may open only at 12:00 PM.
We really appreciate her honesty and attitude — she was very polite and handling the situation well. Our issue is not with her, but with the poor management. It’s the responsibility of upper management to ensure there is enough staff and the store opens on time.
