Epare Bangla is the new hype in town. A very extensive menu which has everything that a gastronomical Bengali can desire for. From kabiraji to cutlet to mach er dim er bora to different fish , mutton and chicken preparations it has everything in it. You just name it and it will be served hot on your table. I have written reviews for many places throughout the country but the euphoria of describing Epare Bangla is something different. I am so pleased and happy after dining at this new Bengali Restaurant that I just can't stop myself from praising the entire team of Epare Bangla. The Management, The Chef, Kitchen Staff, Serving Staff everyone deserves a pat on their back. The menu is so beautifully thought of, that you will surely fall in love with this place once you look into it. It will require multiple visits if you want to polish every single item it has in store for its guests. As you enter this brand new property your eyes will glitter from the neat and well maintained interior. They have a waiting area for their guest and if you are lucky you may instantly find a table. Now let's come to the most important and interesting segment which is the food off course. We ordered Amm Pora Sorbot and Gondhoraj Ghol Well my first sip into the chilled aam pora sorbot was reciprocated by a wow by my taste bud. I was literally amazed by the burst of that rustic flavor they have created. I never imagined that we can get raw mango sorbot in the month of November. On enquiry I was told that they were procuring it from Maharashtra. The taste of this sorbot will enhance your expectation from this place by many folds and will lift your mood for a better dining experience. The Gondhoraj ghol is another flavorful curd based drink and who doesnot enjoy the aroma of a Gondhoraj. Now moving forward we were served starter. We have ordered Fish Kabiraji For Bengalis Kabiraji is no less than emotion. I have not seen such a fresh Kabiraji in Siliguri. It is absolutely top class and I enjoyed every bit of it. The bhekti was fresh the outer layer consisting of egg was crisp and flavorful. In short its really the best Kabiraji in Siliguri. I don't know how they have done it but it truly touches my expectation level and I'm fully satisfied. Next on our table was Gondhoraj Chicken Butter Fry Wow Wow Wow this is a sensation. It has 6 pieces in it. One of the star dish of Epare Bangla and it's highly recommended by us.

Now coming to the main course. I would like to inform you all that you have both A La Carte and Thali option in their menu card.

We have ordered a gigantic Maha Bhoj Thali and a portion of Dab Chingri and Kakrar Jhol.

The Maha Bhoj Thala is really huge and 2 persons can easily feed themselves from it.

It has various items in it starting from Sada Bhat Basanti Polao Sona Mug Dal Alu Bhaja Papod Potol er Dorma Alu Posto Chanar Dalna Kochupata Chingri Katol Kaliya Mutton/Chicken Kosa Pineapple Chutney Rosogolla Meetha Paan

Well each and every item was fresh and has a unique taste associated with it which will pull you towards this place. The other important highlight of this place is the price. The Mahabhoj Thali is moderately priced at Rs 550/- with such plethora of options. The start dish according to me is Kochupata Chingri - This authentic dish is something which we dont usually get to eat at home. It has a strong taste of mustard in it which I liked the most. Daab Chingri is also awsome in taste and a showstopper the gravy is thick which contains the fresh malai from daab. Oh this gravy with white rice is such a bliss. The Daab Chingri comes with 2 jumbo sized Chingri in it. If you love sea food then you must try this authentic Bengali dish.

The pineapple chutney that was served was amazingly cooked and you are bound to smile from within once you taste this flavorful dish.

In short if you are in Siliguri or if you are visiting Siliguri keep some time for Epare Bangla as its going to be an amazing experience...

It's happened at Siliguri near mallaguri in Siliguri ...Epare Bangla Hotel..

Asking to CEO of this Organisation that ...Take a feedback survey from FF to get better result to reinnovate your designs of everything inside the forum .

Feedback is a tools where you can identify your customer services and quality u are giving to your customers

And be open with all customers .. Share your Feedback email id in open forum in Internet where you can find different feedback from customers and will get the actual sinerio of your hotels and act that way to resolve that problems..

Just we reached that Epar Bangla at 9.40 pm.. at Siliguri ..today 13.12.2023 and Dinning is ready for customers and we just sitting and before offering menu card that sales staff telling closing time is there order fast..when I against this words to a customer where in outside Store open is mentioned ..how they have asked to a customer like this..and that sales person told me as Non Sense ..is it a gesture to a customer s like this way..and Manager also remain silent ..I need proper judgement for this matter for customer satisfactions and respects in a store or forum..

The funny thing is that after listening all studipiduty of his sales staff and abusing words used to a customer He remain calm and quite and also support to his sales person..

Shame. ...

After 9.30 pm..must be mentioned CLOSED words in outside so that customer ignored and went back to another Hotel

Before going for a dinner here must see the time and also be ready to get like Non sense words from a cheep sales person.. The top most thing is that Manager remain calm after knowing all attitude seen from his sales staff.

I also complained consumer forum as per U/S and will get soon the compensation for disrespect.

The wording a sales person used to a Customer like they are the DON of Siliguri .else How dare he used a words like NONSENSE to a customer..

Shame for the Management and also for the CEO..who given an opportunity to a person after seeing his past experiences ..

I want judgement ..either that sales staff and Manager infront of cash counter must have to give resign or compensate to me as a customer.

Check video footage and voice recording on that date and time in front of cash counter and sitting place ..

Average Experience at epare Bangla, Siliguri

I recently dined at epare Bangla in Siliguri and had a somewhat average experience. While the restaurant had some positive aspects, there were also areas that could be improved upon, particularly in regard to the food.

Firstly, the ambiance of epare Bangla was pleasant and had a traditional Bengali vibe, which added to the dining experience. The service was also satisfactory, with attentive staff members who were prompt in taking orders and addressing any concerns.

However, I found the quality of the food to be inconsistent. Some dishes were satisfactory, while others fell short of expectations. The Pora Aam Shorbat, for instance, had a tangy flavor that was refreshing, but it lacked the depth of taste I was hoping for. The Macher Chop, although crispy on the outside, was a bit too oily for my liking.

The Chingri Malaikadi was the highlight of the meal, with succulent prawns and a rich coconut-based sauce. It was one of the better dishes I tried. The Dhakai Mutton, on the other hand, was a disappointment. The meat was tough and lacked the tenderness and flavors I associate with this dish.

The Kochuri and Rice were average in taste and presentation. They were neither exceptional nor disappointing. I feel that epare Bangla could benefit from focusing on the authenticity and execution of these traditional dishes to elevate the overall dining experience.

In terms of improvements, I would suggest epare Bangla pay closer attention to the consistency of flavors and quality across all dishes. It would be beneficial for them to refine their recipes and ensure that each dish meets the expectations of their customers. Additionally, providing more options for vegetarian and vegan patrons could broaden their appeal.

Overall, my experience at epare Bangla, Siliguri, was average. While the ambiance and service were commendable, the food could be improved to offer a more satisfying dining experience. I hope that the restaurant takes customer feedback into consideration and works towards enhancing the quality and taste of...

This restaurant definitely worth the hype. The ambiance was totally Bengali with pleasant Bengali folk song playing and total Bengali home like decorations. They do not have adequate sitting capacity given the popularity of restaurants. During peak hours you might have to wait for the table service. Parking is a concern for four wheelers. There is a parking spot a little further then the restaurant but it’s mostly pre-occupied. Two wheelers can accommodate easily. Coming to the food I had browsed few reviews of this place so ordered some of the highest recommended dishes like: Starters:- 1. Fish Kabiraji 5/5 Never has fishfry so tasty. 2. Bhetki Fish Fry 3/5 it was the same thing just clothes changed. The outer crispy egg was too oily. 3. Gondhoraj Chicken Butter Fry: 2/5 I regret ordering this. Main Course: 1. Mutton Dakbunglow: 4/5 the mutton was really very tasty but idk why it had egg which they could replaced it with Mutton piece only. 2. Kachalonka Bata Chicken: 5/5 Tender chicken with nice greenish gravy. 3. Echorer Dalna: 2/5 i didn’t had any Idea that it was gonna be jackfruit because that was the last thing i wanted to eat. As well as i have had better Jackfruit sabji that this one. 4. Maacher Muro diye dal: 5/5 That was one of a kind. Amazingly tasty. 5. Luchi: 4/5 Nice but eventually became like pappad hard. 6. Plane rice 5/5 no comments. 7. Basanti Pulao: 5/5 Not amazed to see sweet rice as bengali food has mandatory ingredients “sugar” . Beverage: 1. Gondhoraj Mojito: 2/5 mostly ice with mint. Too below basic. 2. Aam Pora Sorbot: 4/5 Nice refreshing Jaljeera Aam Panna drink. Dessert: 1. Daab er Icecream: 3/5 Close to tender Coconut icecream but again I had higher expectations. 2. Nolen Gur er icecream: 4/5 I didn’t like as much as everyone else did but majority wins. I would love to visit this restaurant again and try other recommended dishes as well.

Today we had our lunch at Epare Bangla where some dishes stood out with their exceptional flavor, while a particular item was rather bland. 1) As an appetizer, we enjoyed MURGIR CHURMUR that resembled dry chili chicken in appearance, but its taste was quite unique, sour as well as sweet at a same time. 2)Moving on to the main course, we ordered MORAG PULAO with great expectations, only to find it quite average in taste. The chicken pieces were even a bit tough to chew. 3)For our non-vegetarian main course, we decided on KOCHUPATA CHINGRI and CHICKEN DAKBUNGALOW. Kochupata Chingri is a dense, creamy mixture of taro leaves and coconut with prawn pieces, while Chicken Dakbungalow consisted of three sizeable chicken pieces, two potato pieces, and an egg, all seasoned with a spicy flavor. Frankly speaking, these two dishes were incredibly flavorful, tempting us to dive in without hesitation. 4)Finally, the dessert, Daaber ice cream, stole the show. Tiny coconut kernel chunks melted smoothly in the mouth, winning over my heart with its soft texture. ......................................... Other things to be noted:- ......................................... 1. Good quantity of each item according to the price rate. 2. Top notch hygiene with clean washrooms. 3. Cooperative staffs with humble behaviour. 4. Nostalgic bengali ambience.
