PANACHE — Restaurant in Siliguri

Had our anniversary dinner here. A good place but can be better. Price wise, very reasonable. The sizzles were 350 each. We ordered 2 mixed non-veg and two chicken steak. The non-veg platter had two stickers of 1 piece each of a chicken, fish and prawn cooked well with veggies. The fish was the best, soft and succulents. The chicken steak was actually much better; the smoked flavor of the meat was just awesome. The rice was little underseasoned. Quantity not fulfilling if u have a huge appetite (you will need something more with the sizzler for a hearty dinner). The server was very polite and helpful. One thing I liked, they gave normal water first unlike other places which try to push mineral water. The ambience OK, more for young crowd and friends hanging together...

When trying a new restaurant, often the quality of pasta directly correlates to the quality of the food in the place. We ordered Non Veg Alfredo Pasta, Non Veg Lasagna and bbq chicken pizza... And not just a treat to the eye, it was worth it totally. Panache ticks all the boxes, starting from ambience, price, affordability, quality and quantity. Service was decent as well. The Alfredo pasta was the one that made a lasting impression, not just an eye candy, an absolute delight for our taste buds, and so much cheese😍 Give this cafe a go, you would not be...

This place is one of the best cafe in town. If you are looking for a place which provides good selection of coffee with great ambiance then this place is for you.. The food I had was grilled paneer with herbs and penne red sauce pasta. I would say that the food was looking great but the taste wasn't satisfying enough to me may be because of the Lebanese styled dishes.

Rest everything was good enough to make a second visit with your friends...
