Hashtag — Restaurant in Siliguri

I really love this place. The decor is amazing, starting from the menu cards to the lights the graphite on the wall, they are quirky and fun. They have used really innovative ideas to decorate the restaurant. The ambiance is very good. The staff is very friendly and well mannered. The bar is right in the middle of the restaurant. They have a separate smoking space. It is a family restaurant so you could go there with your family as well also it is a perfect place to hangout with your friends. In case you wish to get extra privacy with your beloved they have a separate space for you too. Now coming to the food, it is lip smacking. I have tried a lot of dishes and all of them are delicious. I personally love the cheese balls. They have a whole range of cocktails and mocktails and they are very tasty. I would recommend the classic mojito it is a must try if you visit Hashtag. They serve all kinds of beverages and also the drinks are pocket friendly. The food is not very pocket friendly. Not worth the Hype. Music is extremely loud to push the crowds adrenaline to dance but pubs around the world understands this ain't safe during the pandemic. Loud such that I had to use up all alcohol to speak loud to my companion. Eventually I exited the with the same feels I entered. "Normal". Definately not a place if you're looking to go grab some drink and chit chat with partners. The outdoor however is still a little quite but thier music even breakthrough the silence there. Food ok not great.

Price - For a state called West Bengal and it's alcohol availability it's beyond level. Something which doesn't envy you to drink much.

PS: No variety of drinks available. Pitchers are mostly over. Beers a few selected brands only. I would recommend getting drinks home and chilling out...

Visited Hastag with my gang on a Sat evening to celebrate a birthday party. At reception we booked a table for 8 by the terrace, The bar interiors in oval and dim ambience truly bespoke " Night life ". The waiter or escort were very helpful, friendly, beer tasting was fun, a 5L beer keg, starters like baby crispy corn, chicken wings, aromatic chicken, mushroom , noodles, etc. Crispy Corn was highlight for me. Crowd started pouring in, Band were singing hollywood oldies, Old school English - OG vibes. Service became slow obviously. DJ Neel took over, good taste in mixes but the transition and drops were not matching the dance floor.
