High Five Restaurant: A Disappointing Experience

High Five Restaurant in Planet Mall, Siliguri, seems to be more geared towards a younger crowd seeking a vibrant party atmosphere than families looking for a quiet dining experience. Our recent visit with a 10-year-old child was unfortunately a disappointing one. The initial encounter was off-putting. The owner/manager aggressively convinced our child that the nearby "Kaidi Kitchen Restaurant" was boring and tried to lure us into High Five instead. This was a rather forceful and inappropriate tactic. The mandatory deposit of Rs.1,000 per person was a red flag. While the owner/manager was kind enough to only charge us for one person, the policy itself is concerning, especially considering the potential for losing the deposit due to lost receipts. The food and service were equally disappointing. The quality of the food was significantly lower than other nearby restaurants like Yellow Chilly and Little Tokyo. The quantity was also insufficient, leaving us feeling hungry despite the hefty bill of Rs.3,880. The slow service and unhygienic washroom further detracted from our experience. In conclusion, High Five Restaurant falls short in terms of food quality, service, and overall atmosphere. It's clear that this establishment is more focused on creating a lively party environment than providing a pleasant dining experience for families. If you're seeking a quality meal in a comfortable setting, we recommend exploring other options...

The worst place in Siliguri!!!!!!! They charge entry fee for ntg and the worst food and the drinks are soo expensive even we get better drinks and food on footpaths seriously...... and the owner himself a thief I remember I had just 3 drink and 1 food which will cost me around 2.4k but he gave me the bill of 8k I don't know the reason above that I had paid 2k entry fee so total it's 10k so when I asked him he started saying lies telling that ur drunk u don't remember anything and all and he has hired 2 girls as a staff inside to schedule boys more and increase the bill amount and even I saw a boy guest who just got drunk because of those girls and they asked him to pay the bill around 18k...... the worst place ever I have seen in my life... seriously the owner is gonna suffer for all this one day if he keep on doing this ..... my suggestion is for all if u wanna spend some good time plz don't go to this...

We have gone kaidi kitchen restaurant for my mom’s birthday. Suddenly, we were passing in front of a pub named high five. Then the owner of the pub told us that kaidi kitchen is boring and we will not like it. He also told that there will be pleasant place and we will like it, but it was not perfect for family. Then the owner took us to the balcony place where there was little pleasant. Then he brought the menu but he was only telling us the food items. We can’t even read the menu what was there. When the waiter brought the coke and mocktail, the coke seems like they have mixed water with it. It didn’t taste like a coke. And also, they brought us the food very lately. The food quantity was very less and when we were eating our dinner, there was a rat roaming beside our sofa. The washroom was very dirty and we didn’t like that. And the amount was Rs.3,880. Never go to this place especially...
