Their chicken teriyaki is a must try. The spicy dry rub they used to coat the teriyaki chicken is unlike anything I've tasted before. The chicken is too is thin and cooked just enough to be tender and juicy. Their briyani was good but what stole the show was chicken kondattam which on the outset would make you think you are just gonna taste just another chicken masala/curry but upon tasting it was a really different experience where the chicken pieces were crispy and paired really well with the curry concoction. Innovation was seen in all the dishes in this restaurant. The only dud for me was their kulfi chicken, probably a tad too innovative for my taste. Tasted like a fusion of paniyaram and chicken. The owner was awesome and even gave us a complimentary chicken steak for tasting and that stuff too is legendary. A simple sauce with mayannoise and some other condiments elevated that thinly fried chicken steak to next level. Must try if you...
