I am forced to give this place 1 star since Google reviews don't have an option to rate 0 or in negative. Pathetic is an understatement to describe this place.

We were visiting Tiruppur for attending a function. The host booked a Deluxe Room in this hotel since it was very close to the venue of the function.

When I showed my booking to the front desk personnel, one was busy talking over phone while the other person stared at me indifferently as though I was asking him for alms. After making me want for 5 minutes he just gave a key and told me that my room number is 408 in the fourth floor. I have never seen this kind of reception in any hotel.

The room was okay. The bathroom was in a dilapidated condition. The TV in the room was not functioning. The intercom phone was not working. Websites like Agoda claim that there is free WiFi. But, that is just a claim but not in reality.

I happened to see a sticker in the bathroom that read "SAVE WATER". Initially i thought it was just a customary advice that we see in hotels advising guests not to waste water. But, the next morning i realised the meaning. When I woke up around 7 in the morning there was no water in the bathroom. When I went to the front desk stating that there was no water, the person over there nonchalantly asked me to wait until the electrician comes to fix some issue. When I told him that I have to leave by 8, he reluctantly asked me to use the bathroom in either 407 or 409 and gave me the key. I had no option but to use that bathroom.

While stepping out i asked him to fix the water supply at least by the time I am back. He assured that it would be fixed. When I came back by 10:30 am the situation was still the same. There was no water. I checked out of the room and gave the key at the front desk telling that there was no water. The person was busy speaking over the phone and didn't even bother to listen. I threw the key on the desk and walked away.

It is better to use the public toilet or the waiting room in the railway station rather then staying...

Had such a worst experience in this hotel stay. They do not have adequate electricity. Constant fluctuations. Staffs are extremely rude especially the manager who sits in the reception has got attitude and think he is the superior. Also be careful when you visit this place. They allot you one room and if yourn't happy with the room they will allot another room but will not communicate this with you properly. Eventually they will request you to pay for both the rooms stating that they have arranged the room but you did not use it. If they haven't informed us how will you know. Maybe it is one of the strategies to cheat people and earn money. Cheap tactics. Also room cost is exuberant. They charge you 3000 for such a small room and call it suite room. For this price there are hotels in that nearby local who provide complimentary breakfast. Finally if you want to have such a bad, horrible experience then visit this place else for God...

I had a very bad experience here staying for A day.They don't Evan have a Hot water or gieser an no power backup.Such a pathetic maintenance and no respect for the employees working there.The service boys there are of Some Hindi boys and the owner treated them like his slaves.Zero respect for Employees working there.Treat your employees like Workers an not slaves.

Each time we book Through MMT the price shoes smetng else an wen we go there in person they say tat pices have changed an they charge extra for rooms.Worst Frontdesk ever.Each time different People will be sittng and as I know none of the employees sustain there for more then a week.Worst Hotel...
