Went here for dinner with family and had a terrible experience. Starting with food, we had ordered tandoori roti, gravy and some sides. The tandoori roti was so hard to eat. Talking about the service, we had to keep repeating and calling out to waiters for our orders. The most annoying part was the Parking experience. It was not organised at all. Someone had parked their car infront of us since the security had asked them to. When we had to take out our car we first informed the Security, he went inside and never came back. So,after waiting for a while we went inside and informed multiple people in the hotel management. There was no proper response from anyone despite informing multiple times to multiple people. We waited for almost 35 minutes until they finally found the car owner to get his key. Completely disappointed with the food and it's totally a pathetic service from this restaurant. Would never visit this...

Customer treated with best arrogance !

Had gone there for lunch having read a lot about them online. The restaurant was fairly empty as it was about 2:30 pm. We were 2 people with a few baggages with us. Since the restaurant was fairly empty with a lot of vacant spots , we sat on the 4 seater. The Incharge for seating maybe the manager comes to us and with such arrogance tells us to go to a corner table for 2 people. He further goes ahead and sarcastically mocks us.

Having a restaurant that runs fairly well does not mean that the staff there can take the customer for granted and mock him. A customer always has to be treated well and these things are basic etiquettes in any trade. Highly disappointed by the treatment meted out to me and I would never come back to this place ever again.

Have given one star so that my review can be posted.
