We made reservation for room in online. When we visited for check in. The front desk staff asked if I have already made the payment. I said the payment was made in online. They said room can't be given if online payment was done. He said they are giving rooms for only people who are directly booking here and not for online booking. He asked me to cancel the booking and can make payment directly now. I said I already made the payment and the cancellation date was over. If I cancel my booking now, I won't get the refund. He called someone and told same thing to me again. Again I told the same thing. He called another person now ( must be a manager). The manager must have told positively. Finally they asked me to forward the voucher to their email id. My wifi was waiting in the car till time. Must be around 10-15 mins. Then we parked our car and came back to front office to get the key. Now he said that payment was not credited to us from the online booking website. We will wait till evening. Otherwise you may to pay us. To that I replied what about the payment made in online. The staff said we will send a mail to website and you can followup with them.
Then next day morning, I contacted the helpdesk of website and told about the payment. They advised me to not pay and they will contact the property right away. Seems they were not able to contact the property and asked if I was at the front office. I told them I'm still in room and haven't gone their to check out. He told that he will send an email to the property. He also advised me to check out normally and otherwise reach out to them immediately.
I saw the staff while going down. And told about the conversation that I had with the website helpdesk. He asked me to send the screenshot of bank payment sms. Hmm..I sent him.
While I was checking out, another staff asked if payment is done. Hmmm.. Finally checked out.
For hassle free stay, I would recommend the guest to call the hotel and confirm if online booking can be made.

Read morePoppy's exceeded my expectations. The rooms were neat, the staff very courteous, food super tasty, bathrooms and sheets very clean, fresh toiletries, good room service and house keeping too!
They also had a covered parking which made it even more awesome considering it was peak summer!
There was running hot water through out the day in both the bath taps and sinks.
The TV had many channels and was smart one to connect our devices too for some entertainment.
The most important part was AC ;) was functioning absolutely fine..
