Update 2: During reservation in app the price was 699 but During checkout they charged 850/- that huge difference. Also i don't see any mutton dish

Update 1: They are advertising as 'The Summer Drop' special buffet with 10 extra items - you can refer the attached images. Out of that 10 items I could find only Lassi, Raw mango juice, cute fruit and mago. Other items mentioned in the offer is not available. Even lassi also very limited even nobody knows that lassi exists. Only few people took lassi still it is over within 1 hour. I requested for refill multiple times then they served 2 butter milk saying it as lassi.

Now lets talk about actual buffet their is only one mutton item which is not well cooked and only one egg curry there is no boiled egg. Most of the items are chicken only.

Instead of eating all chicken leg, chicken biryani, honey chicken, chicken fried rice, chicken grill, chicken gravy. Overall, the buffet lacked variety in non veg. For the price, I could have enjoyed a wider selection of dishes at a regular a la carte restaurant.

But service is fine. Ambience is good. Lots of deserts.

Overall I'm happy with main dishes. There is no items made by taste bud happy I'll never go there for taste of food. But I may go their only to explore all kinds of foods at a time without considering taste.

Best example of buttet is Sea Shell - weekly once they will arrange buffet. There will be only 20 variety but each items will be High value items such grill, barbecue, fish, mutton (large pieces), live aapam, veg stew and so on. Literally I'll eat 250 grams of mutton. Worth for money.

It's located near Mugappair Ambattur Estate.

It is an nice place to spend time with family and kids. There is a special area for kids for playing.

This place has good car and bike parking.

Service is outstanding, they keep checking me for the food taste. They immediately customize the food in terms of spice, slat or cooking level.

They also have additional mocktail.

They have chat, starts, live counter, main course, desserts, fruits and ice cream.

For everything I can give 4/5 rating.

There is no special items that I can recollect.. everytime is okish taste.

Also if you see their menu is no mutton biryani or mutton kebab. Everything will be in low cost items such potato, pineapple, chicken and basha fish.

Overall spend 2 hours there. Since it is new place there is no rush.

I can try yearly once. For this price i can go to any other restaurant.

Absolute hell of an experience. Such a wasted Sunday. No food, no service, no response either.

The ethics of any restaurant should be to fulfil the hunger of it's customers irrespective of it's size, form or money. Such basic ethics are missing here. If someone senior from the organization is even looking at this message, it's time for you pull up your socks and act. Survival of business is very difficult with such kind of ethics, rude staff and pathetic service. Top of it, remember you have so much of competition. At least, there should be one floor manager who can speak local language.

We booked seats well in advance for 3 pm slot. We were on time but, didn't get a seat. There is no one to even guide us where to be seated. I had couple of senior citizen with me who kept standing as the waiting area had only 4 chairs and all were full. Then I caught hold of one person in uniform who gave us a seat at 3:20 pm. They took another 20 mins to clean up the place and kept the grill. No starters or juice or even water was served until 3:50 pm. Since I was very hungry, I went to the buffet counter to see if I can get something. To my surprise, it was almost empty. I spoke to 3 different bearers asking them to refill. Everyone nodded their head and no action taken. No food in buffet or in table until 4 pm, I got irritated and I stepped out. With so much of hunger, I had some dosa in A2B hotel which is just downstairs. Rest of my family of 7 were still seated there waiting for food. At 4:45 pm, I came back to see that the servers and floor manager were literally fighting with 5 or 6 families because, all had the same complaint. At one point, it even went up to man handling and servers hitting women. The whole place was so messy, I wanted my family to step out. We moved out even though we didn't complete the meal. Anyways, there was no one to serve food and buffet was still half empty. We couldn't even get a chance to pay as the staff were busy fighting. Out of the 7 family members, 5 of them were vegetarians and didn't have anything worthwhile. When I was coming out, I saw 3 policemen entering. Today, they are sending an invoice over whatsapp asking for payment. For the pathetic service provided, lack of food and rude staff behaviour, the management should be ashamed to send such invoice seeking payment. For a spoiled Sunday, you should compensate me rather. Anyways, I don't want any free meal. So, I made a 60% payment. I swear, I will never return to your...

I actually want to give this place a 5 star rating but it was spoiled by lack to water in the wash rooms and toilets but baring that the experience was fantastic. The location was a little of the beaten track but this place has an amazing future with so many major builders putting their bets on this location.

I got in here on a Thursday day in Feb at around 12 pm. I was initially surprised that the place was almost empty but within half and hour people started walking in and by the time I finished my lunch the place was busy with only a few empty tables. This looks like a place which will be very busy during weekends.

AB's Barbeque is a nice and clean place but nothing special or luxurious but the vibes was like a 3 star hotel restaurant. The place is reasonably large. I think it could pack in 75 to 100 pacs. The lighting and interior was welcoming and nice. The staff were very friendly. One of the staff took special interest to show my about their product. It was nice of him. I was seated immediately and barbeque food was loaded on to the barbeque pit on the centre of my table.

Another gentleman is Mr. Chittoranjan. He is a senior manager of the place. He was very polite and always has a smile. I started a talking to him and he was happy to let me know about their specialities. He suggested a Tawa Fried Fish and it was truly excellent. The barbequed fish was excellent too. Another special mention should be the prawn barbecue. All the sea food was really fresh and nice. The chicken barbecue was nice but all these food has an Indian flavour and not the true international Barbeque flavour but the customers seem to like it. The Biriyani was decent. The buffet seem to suffer from the lack of International dishes.

The dessert was a slight disappointment for me. I clearly remembered enjoying the desserts in another branch in Chennai a few years ago which was unforgettable. Their change of dessert menu left me happy but it was not an unforgettable one. The rest of the buffet menu were nice but not out of the extraordinary. What really stood out for me was the very friendly staffs and managers, the reasonable pricing and the large parking.
