Pizza Hut | Mogappair, Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I've visited more ~ 5+ times here in a span of 6Months. So, I can review clearly.

At the first visit I thought "Ok, this place is ok" but as I started visiting regularly I started noticing the misbehaviors and cons more. This place had more Cons than Pros.

No wonder why this place is less crowded.

Pizzas are not fully baked. On all my visits. And The second pizza at the Friday Unlimited is even worse. "Parota Master in Venila Kabadi Kullu Like Behavior, if you order more than one when Unlimited it will not taste/baked good". Even if you ordered not in unlimited friday the pizza will still be half baked. This happened on all my visits.

3 times Friday unlimited was not available for the following reasons. i. Medium Pan is out of stock today. ii. Server not working so can't take in the orders.(but Zomato worked fine for some reasons) iii. Juice machine is not working. Can't give you the juice. But they severed others who ordered juice separately in bottles. Why Can't they serve those bottles to us??

They just use that "Friday unlimited" to lure the customers inside and the customer has no choice but to order something else if Unlimited is unavailale, as they have already made up their mind to "Pizza Tonight"

1 AC on the corner near the glass window which has a good cushion seat, privacy and view. This AC never worked on all my visits.(I think they are saving the energy bills here). They can't turn off the other 2 because it's near the entrance. You either have to sit in a metal chair to get the View+AC or sit in a sofa which has AC but no privacy(as it is near the entrance everyone visiting will see you eating)

Not able to contact the branch directly. Have to contact the customer care and they will ask the Particular Branch to Call us. This system is good, but that branch never called me or my friends back. We waited 30mins each to get a call back, which unfortunately never happened.

My last visit was on Feb. This place only had one Restroom it was not working at that time. Where am I supposed to do?? They at least could have arranged a different place to wash my hands for eating.

They won't give the water jar unless you ask for it. If it's emptied you have to ask again and again to get it refilled. They won't refill your Juice or this water jar. This is not at all acceptable hospitality for a restaurant, especially...

The tile in here says " Piza is Magic".. can't go by the wordings..Fact is "It's Tragic" as far as this outlet at Mugaippair West/Nolambur. I ended ordering chicken tikka supreme;Triple chicken Feast & a Pepsi. The order was delivered in around 15 min, however the drink was not served, thought the server would get the drink seperately as his hands was occupied with 2 pizzas, but 15 min past the order I was still awaiting for the pepsi. A staff approached to me as I was looking to ask someone and enquired, I informed the pepsi was not delivered & he informed will get it, couple of minutes later he returned asking for the bill to verify if I did order for pepsi. This indeed turned out to be a. insulating moment for being a customer at this outlet. While I can place an order for Rs.750 odd would I not be able to order a Pepsi for another Rs.93 ?? The behaviour and treatment of all the staff was like I am at their mercy for food and I am begging for what they had to offer.

The pizza, you definitely won't call it as pizza ! It was just waste of money at this outlet. The worst part is the pepsi served in a glass for 350ml and u will be charged Rs.93. The glass wasn't neat, hygiene is a big concern here. They have the same drink offered in bottle for Rs 60 but it will not be served for dining.. During this pandemic HYGIENE should be a priority and as such offering the bottle drinks is more ideal.

I feel Dominos would be far far better when compared to the food and services...

I recently dined at Pizza Hut and had an interesting experience to share. Let's start with the good: the taste of their pizzas was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I took my first bite, I was in pizza heaven. If I could rate the taste alone, it would be a resounding 3 stars.... However, the service left much to be desired. The seating arrangements were subpar; discomfort somewhat marred the overall experience. What was even more disappointing was the lack of attention from the staff. I found myself having to get up and approach the counter each time I needed something, be it placing an order or requesting additional condiments. This lack of attentiveness and the constant need to visit the counter significantly impacted the overall dining experience.... Additionally, the inconsistency in payment methods added to the frustration. While the convenience of scanning a barcode at the dining table for online payment was appreciated, the absence of a seamless cash payment option at the table was a letdown.... In conclusion, while Pizza Hut unquestionably delivers on taste with a solid 3-star performance, the service aspect of my visit was a letdown, earning no more than 1 star. I hope that Pizza Hut takes steps to improve their service quality and seating arrangements to match the excellence of their...
