Bought Bengali sweet on 27/12 at 22:00 and found it was already expired when we tried to have this after our lunch on 28/12 at 14:00 (very next day) and went to A2B to check on the quality of the sweet served yesterday .the lady at cash counter said person who has given this not in A2B today , i have to wait until he arrives by evening and started responding to other customer ..then obviously I need to interrupt her and then an great manager pops out and argues that the sweet have to be refrigerated within 10ina of purchase .. so we weren't at fault and it was me who is under fault .And he also said our person would have told you about the same during yesterday's purchase . As i i didn't got any info lik that..i told him to ask the sales person who has given this yesterday for that manager tells he will be back by eveingn i ive to wait ..then i got angry you have sold an expired sweet and expect me to reach home in 10 mins given the traffic conditon and keep it refrigerated the sweets . I am aware Bengali sweets have to be consumed in same day of purchase and not aware this has to be refrigerated within 10 mins ..and asked him to show in the box where they have written it has to be refrigerated ..again illogical response from the manager ..their sales person was right and customer was wrong .i wonder what quality they chk at A2B to hire or have this kind of manager to run such a branded outlet .. just imagine the consequences of the sweet being consumed by some kids and who can't differentiate the expired sweet ..so i am rushing to their outlet leaving my personal work to alert them ..instead of checking their log book and person who have served yesterday you keep arguing with customer and pointing out customer is wrong ..if you had apologize and told me let me check on this would have sufficed everything ...i would have easily taken up this on consumer court or social media to have my justice ..but felt bad on your part ..finally i have to throw the sweet Box in thier entrance and left . and your manager was so quick in disposing the sweet Box and the bill associated on the purchase ..but forgetting the fact it was an card purchase ... Request to A2B managment .., pls wake up soon and prevent this kind of incidnents as i can see the quality of the things served in many outlets are going down day by day .. Being a regular customer myself of A2B for the past 8 yrs in Chennai and Bangalore..you have lost an loyal customer yesterday .. Managemt team pls wake up and if possible try to have manager who is sensible enough to handle customer complaints by poviding trainign atleast ..you wouldn't hve got one star rating also if there...
Read moreStinky Restroom, Unhygienic and very freighting conditions all over the Restaurant My advise to all is that if you choose to visit the Restaurant there r high chances for us to contract disease from here. Restroom poorly maintained very stinky, Noticed Staff using restroom and didn't even wash his hands iam pretty sure he is a food handler think that this person handles the food inside kitchen and the same is served to us. No soap in Restroom for washing hands.
Handwashing area out of three sinks only two have soap dispensers and only one is working and that too the foam dispensing out of dispenser do not feel like soap at all it's just foam no soap content in it.
At entrance there is one hand sanitizer which has only water content don't have alcohol based sanitiser I think to save money they have added just water to the existing sanitizer.
Friends my suggestion is pls do not take risk by visiting this place they do not care about customers health. Atleast 1 r 2 % of the profit should be allocated for maintaining hygienic conditions which I think these people won't do it bcoz as a restaurant business owners surely they r aware what should b done THIS IS PURELY NEGLIGENCE.
Coming to quality of food .... Iam not satisfied .... The time I saw the staff(Food Handler) using Restroom and didn't wash his hands I couldn't taste the...
