Elite Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Parking facility is good. Food and water were served in quick time. Mutton soup was good, except that it didn't carry even a pinch of salt. I believe chefs add the base amount during cooking. It's missing. Chicken lollipop (dry) was good. Fish biriyani was very awful. The fish and the rice were bitter, didn't blend, and totally unpalatable. Never try that, if you love fish.

25/12020: we went back to the restaurant after 7 months, this time for lunch, as we were crossing that way. The restaurant was full at around 2.15pm. The ambience and spot clean settings was there to see. The captain, waiter, and cleaning personnel were good and communicative. We ordered mutton meals and fish meals (we were in a hurry, so don't want to wait for starters). Both meals had a range of curries, sambar, rasam, curd, Gongura chutney, Egg curry and pappad. Rice was properly cooked and good to taste. Fish meals came with a piece of fish in the curry, likewise the mutton curry in case of mutton meals.

The mutton curry had the aroma and taste that will linger in your mouth for sometime. The Andhra style fish curry was good and the fish tasty. (definitely not basa fish). The Egg curry came with a boiled egg and was equally good.

We had a sumptuous meal and finished with a small bowl of very tasty vermicelli payasam. In all, the meals were worth the money and tasty. We left with our stomach...

We were looking for some good restaurant for get together and one of our friend suggested this place and went with this option. This place is easy to locate. Near Max showroom / opposite to GRT. Parking is available in front of the restaurant.

Ambiance is simple and decent. Air conditioning is not up to the mark. We felt sweaty after some time. Seating is comfortable. We all had nice time hanging out with friends. Service is decent though scope for improvement is there. Food ordered came in reasonable time.

We ordered mushroom 🍄 soup, Panner Tikka, roti, Veg Jalfrezi, veg biriyani and lemon 🍋 soda. Soup was hot and thick. Tasted good. Panner Tikka was decent. Looks like too much of artificial colouring added to it. Veg biriyani was like coloured rice. No taste at all. Roti and gravy was good. Gravy was very oily but tasted good. Lemon 🍋 soda was upto the mark. Non vegetarian friends tried many but they are not that happy with taste of most of them.

Today it was an exceptional day at elite. Elite is our most fav restaurant, and we often have our dinner here. We are the regular customers since last 3 years. But totally disappointed today. We placed our order ( noodles , aappam-paya) for the dinner today @9.30 PM and no response from the person who took the order until 10.05. we called and asked him, he said wait , wait every time. Then he didn't responded to our call( a newly recruited uncle, who is nearly 55 age) . Atleast the response should be clear that it will take time like that. Or why getting delayed, even after we asked him regarding the delay. But no proper response. Then we started to leave the place. One of your employee named PRAKASH who took responsibility and pacified us to sit for 2 minutes. Then he delivered the food to table and taken care of our table until we leave the hotel. Such a gem he is. Treated us with face full of smile. Thanks prakash. Recruit persons like him, to increase the service level. Coming to the food, it tastes good but i think the paya rate is too much.. 280 is...
