Amour is a good place to hangout in Dindigul. Has one of a kind ambience. We have ordered several items here. Some are of great taste and worth the price. But few does'nt taste good and it's waste of money. I'll list down the items we had.
Ceaser salad - My favourite 4/5 Chicken steak- 4/5 Red velvet pastry- 2/5 - It was very bad. Not at all worth the price. It was dry. I had whole red velvet cake from here. That was really good but the astry is just waste of money. Quality is totally different. Cream of Mushroom soup - 1/5 - Please don't try this here. I had to put plenty of salt in to feel some taste. Chocolate bomb -2/5 it is because of the price. One small sphere of chocolate covering a brownie and icecream!! Taste was okay. But very pricey!! Not worth spending 230 on this. Red sauce pasta - Okayish! 3/5. I personally didn't like the flavour this. Blueberry tresleches-4/5. Taste was good. But price is very high -190rs. I feel this is very high because it comes in approx 3×3 inch box. I think they reuse the acrylic box they use to provide us the cake. If it's including the box the price is somewhat acceptable.
Other than these ordered potato wedges and fries. Taste was good but quantity of fries was very less for the price. Few other cafes in Dindigul are providing good quantity for prices like these without compensating quality.
Overall not bad! But won't be my go to cafe! It would be better if they concentrate on providing quality for the...
Read moreWorst experience at Amore Bakery. I came here simply asking for a private room to attend an important meeting for just one hour. I wasn’t asking for decorations, celebrations, or any special setup—just privacy. The staff told me the private room is only for birthday parties and refused, even though I was ready to pay Amore’s fees. Why? What kind of policy is that?
And if that wasn’t enough, the behavior that followed was unbelievable. They started turning fans on and off, adjusting the music volume, clearly trying to disturb me and push me out of the place. Is this how you treat paying customers?
The new manager’s attitude was the worst part—rude, dismissive, and absolutely unprofessional. Your previous manager respected customers, but this one makes the whole place feel hostile.
The atmosphere and food are good, but your service has dropped to the lowest level. If this continues, people like me won’t just complain—we’ll move on to better bakeries. Remember: without customers, you’re not running a business, you’re just running...
Read moreThe service is terrible. Staffs treat you like we are getting things for free with rudeness. Upon entering the bakery, I was met with indifference from the staff, who seemed disinterested in assisting me. When I was ordering some products for takeaway and a female staff was assisting me when one of the male staff came and tried taking products for a customer who was dinning at the time and rudely stated that inform takeaway will take time we have customer waiting for dining while I was standing at the counter right to my face as if I'm getting the items for free. I was met with rudeness and impatience. This lack of courtesy made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
Such conduct creates a negative atmosphere for customers.
If your staffs are not going to treat customer getting takeaway with the same respect as the customer dinning there please stop doing takeaway and put on a sign that there is no takeaway so that customers like me will look for other bakery...
