Worst Bakery Experience of My Life – Never Going Back!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this bakery seriously deserves one. If you're thinking of trying this place, do yourself a favour — don’t.

Let’s start with the staff. I’ve never seen such rude, unbothered, and arrogant people working in a customer-facing job. I politely asked a simple question about what’s freshly baked, and the guy behind the counter just rolled his eyes like I was disturbing his peace. No greeting, no respect, no basic customer service. They act like they’re doing a huge favour just by standing there.

Next, the food quality — or lack of it. I ordered a few basic items: a puff, a slice of cake, and a sandwich.

The cake tasted like it had been stored in the fridge for a week. Dry, crumbly, and full of cream that had started tasting sour.

Cleanliness? Zero. The counters were dirty, the trays looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly, and there were even flies inside the display glass. I noticed one of the workers handling food without gloves, then using the same hands to touch the register and go back to food. Absolutely unhygienic and disgusting.

The place looked dull, messy, and badly maintained. Even the water cups they gave out were unclean. It was obvious they don’t care about the customer or the environment they're serving in.

To top it off, they overcharged me — billed for extra items I never ordered. When I pointed it out, the staff argued instead of fixing the bill. No apology, no correction. Just attitude.

Honestly, it’s shocking how such a bakery is still running. There’s nothing "fresh," nothing "tasty," and definitely no "service" here. It’s just a place pretending to be a bakery while serving expired, tasteless food with horrible customer care.

I ordered cake from this bakery thinking I’d celebrate something sweet… But macha, what I got was a full crime scene.

First bite: I thought my tongue lost signal. No taste, just cream with attitude. Second bite: Sponge was so dry, I started coughing like I ate desert sand. Third bite: I gave up. My life flashed before my eyes. 🫠

The cream was suspicious — tasted like expired shampoo. Cake was harder than my engineering exams. And the decoration? Looked like it was done by a 3-year-old with one eye closed.
