Ganga sweets opened many years ago as a small very sweet shop. I am sure that by now they must be very proud of what they have achieved. Almost every item they make has a certain standards below which they never move away. Their quality, taste, flavour and ingredients have always kept them afloat all these years inspite of severe competition.
Recently they have opened a large restaurant catering to South Indian food, North Indian and Indian Chinese cuisine along a sweet shop and fine dining. This is a stand alone concept. Read moreSubject: Urgent Feedback Regarding Poor Food Quality at Mogappair Branch
To the Management of Ganga Hotel,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your Mogappair restaurant. I have been a loyal customer and a long-time fan of your sweets, which consistently have excellent taste and quality.
However, the food at your Mogappair branch was extremely poor. I was particularly disappointed with the dahi puri, which was the worst I have ever had. The sambar, chutney, and kurma were also very bad.
When I brought my concerns to a staff member, my complaint was not taken seriously, which was very frustrating.
As a fan of your brand, I request that you look into this matter with immediate effect. I believe the quality of the food and the customer service at this location do not meet the high standards I have come to expect from Ganga.
I would be happy to provide more details. Please feel free...

They are not interested to provide you additional chutney ,few times we faced it. Few weekend to buy parcel, each time when we ask Kesari that person says it not available and we saw few people are buying while dining, so finally one day we asked why it is not available then he said, we can buy only with mini Tiffin - This information he should have told before..
He said, they will not provide on weekends, omg now in TN - for buying kesari who will plan and go over a working day while many other restaurants are giving it already all days ..

This guy in billing section seems to be giving free food for us with his expression and attitude ... If it is high demanding , better to...
