Barbeque Nation - Veera's Avenue, Tiruppur — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Visited Barbeque Nation Tirupur branch few days ago. My first visit to Tirupur branch..

Their ambience and cleanliness are good.. We call them an hour ago to book the tables and after covid their dine in will be closed by 10:30pm.

They served many varieties in veg and non veg so couldn’t able to mention all those dishes.

Starters: First they set their charcoal flame and filled the veg and non veg dishes . Veg starters includes fruits too.. In veg they served #Mushroom, #corn, #panner etc .. In non veg they served Chicken, #mutton , #fish and #prawns.. All these will be refilled as much as you want.. In Between they serve Very hot #chickenwings from kitchen.. once your tummy is filled with the starter you can now move to their #buffet.

In buffet they have many veg and non varieties which includes cakes, ice creams and other desserts too..

All together Was Rs.599/- per head.. Also they are giving many offers for online orders..

If it’s your birthday they ll give you a cake In free of cost.

A must visit place for all...

Good and same standard like other branches in bigger cities but little less price. Not crowded. Not only starters, main course were also good; probably because we went at 12pm. Briyani tasted good surprisingly. Kulcha was good. Service is good as usual.

Only very few negative points and that after minor. Just listing them FYI to avoid. Like: brownie was hard. Panneer was little hard and mushroom was not good in taste. Drinks were not complimentary on Monday. We paid for them; but disappointed with taste. Drinks had more essence and colour. so, we didn't drink it fully. Waiter enquired us what went bad and why we are wasting paid drinks. I explained him the issue. He acknowledged and billed only for one drink instead of three to compensate. Mutton sheekh kebab was bit raw or uncooked for my taste. This used to be my favourite in Chennai branches. But didn't like it here. Not much on ice cream. only plain vanilla and strawberry ice creams....

I have visited many outlets of BBN. The problem here now is “they are faking ratings & reviews”. I personally know staff here who served me in different outlets and he’s now in this outlet.

If you scroll down you’ll see there are just ratings made (5stars) no reviews. The person is working in same outlet😂.

Second thing is I have called this outlet like 10 times on 12th and 13th September for some query. They received said “hello” after I told them my problem and made a genuine request they disconnected the call. They see my number and they disconnect. Useless staff here. I still remember the time when I used to call BBN for anything and they treated our calls like “customer is god”.

Idk why they have to fake ratings. These things are now preventing me and my colleagues from visiting any of their outlets.
