We recently went to Barbeque Nation, Chrmopet branch to celebrate my child's birthday. We had a very warm welcome in the front desk and table was available within quick period of time. We had pleasant invite by Mr. Raju where he explained various food items available and plethora of starters with various Veg and Non-Veg Options. Mr. Raj was quite nice and his warm welcome made us feel very comfortable and settle quickly. To be honest to say, there is splendid varities of starters ranging from chicken, fish, prawn, mutton and Veg items like Paneer, cauli flowers, potato. Also we offered a seperate dish of orange chicken. The sides are really nice and have quite range that includes Mayonise, red sauce, yogurt, mint etc. The starters are quite unlmited and they are very speedy in getting new items once the earlier one was finished. They completed the serving only when we said that we are done. Although we are exhausted with starters, we did just a bite of taste of traditional items like fish curry, chettinad chicken, mutton curry and briyani. The desserts are awesome that includes range of ice-creams. The chat items are also equally important and tasty. Finally they offered a cake for my kid to celebrate the birthday there. I cant speak anymore with the way of service and tasty items with deep varities. Initially I felt price was little bit high and but it is worth with thier service and food. I strongly recommend to have a vist during your special occassion. And lastly we were offered discount coupouns to be used for the next time. We have offered more values for the price we paid. I has a set of mixed reactions here. This place has a factory set up, everything is thought about and then played out for a diner in sequence.

Pros:

1. The staff of this place, very friendly.
2. For the first time, I saw a kitchen staff use disposable blue glove while working in the kitchen, in Tambaram.
3. The quality of buffet and options in general.

Cons:

1. Place has close to 20 tables roughly. Given the foot falling caters to, there will need to enlarge this place somehow.
2. Food served as bbq starters, is partially cooked over charcoal flame in the kitchen. When a lot of air is blown, the rise in heat just cooks the ingredients from outside also burns the outer layer. Not a pleasant experience. Feels like eating dirt with food.
3. The plates that had on my table were chipped.
4. The water glass, on my table had lip marks, that I could confirm while holding the glass to natural light coming in from glass door. Also the glass was too oily, seems like the wiping cloth used to clean the plates, cutlery and glass wear might be less.
5. There needs to be a line in Google Maps, to book click or call here, reservations counter are open from so and so time.
6. The restaurant entrance is a mountain climb for people with movement disability.
7. Waffles, trust me in this form that is served here, it is a disgrace to the dish named waffles.
8. Wish they placed a tooth pick option on the table for ease of use.
