Average Restaurant, too crowded and taste is not so good compared to others in the same area

Edit for reply from owner : Sir, I have mentioned average in the sense with the cleanliness, hygiene, customer service, taste and quality of the food

The dinning area and floor were totally unclean, which made us to leave the first table we sat on and search for the best available table

Since it's an open area restaurant lots of mosquitoes were there made us to eat fast rather than enjoying the food, you could have placed atlest mosquito coils or repellents

The condition of the wash basin was pathetic and there was no hand wash available even the speed of the water from the taps was not good.

The food was not bad neither awesome it was avarage for us

Now let's come to the statement crowded, Since it's on the prime location and the legacy, reputation your restaurant carries it's always crowded.

Regarding the chicken price, as you said, it is same as Bangalore and Chennai, However, I can easily afford a more tastier Shawarma for 50-60₹ in both the Cities. I can clearly understand the pricing mechanism vs profit margin. I am 100% okay with the price. I was talking about a game changer for your business (promotional technique to attract customers). Looks like you are settled with your current business and number of customers.

And thanks for such reply for my comment on improvement in taste of chicken dishes. As if my tongue was not able to feel the taste but others could. The same tongue felt the taste of Shawarma better and appreciated.

One of very few places in cuddalore to get these type of food. Shawarma was good (80 to 110) is little too pricey for town like Cuddalore. If price is reduced, Shawarma could be a game changer for your business (attract customers to visit your place) Expecting a little more good service.(orders were not followed properly). I have zero idea, why/ how the restaurant has 4 + rating. Was recommended by a fellow Pondy acquaintance. Called them, texted them on Instagram, no answer whatsoever. Even their Google page doesn't have any contact number.

The Gmaps takes you to the location. It's a commercial building and the restaurant is tucked into the end of the building.

It was a weekend and there was only 1 seat filled in. As soon as we were there, slowly the seats started to fill in. There was no AC, and had to be asked to switch it on. There was no difference, as the window was broken where we were sitting and had to be sweating throughout.

Most of what we asked for (from the menu) wasn't available. I specifically came for their meals and Andra starters. There was nothing, Andhra about this restaurant.

The team needs to work on their strategy, be available for customer calls or atleast update their menu/ availability on socials and Google pages.

We actually packed 80% of what we ordered and fed the dogs in the streets. That's how disheartening we left after traveling 300...
