Bombay Sweets — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Extremely disappointed with my recent online orders (Order Nos. 1605 and 1608). The Chandrakala quality has become terrible — dry, tasteless, and nowhere close to the authentic Tanjavur Bombay Sweets standard. It honestly felt like something bought from an ordinary local shop.

I used to recommend your sweets to everyone, but this time even my friends asked, “Are you sure this is from the same shop?” That says it all.

Customer service is equally poor — no one answers calls, no response to online queries, and absolutely no shipment tracking on the website. For a reputed brand like Tanjavur Bombay Sweets, this is unacceptable.

Please take this feedback seriously and fix both the product quality and customer service before you lose loyal...

Its the Best sweets outlet at Thanjavur .. i know this Sweet Shop since my age of 12 .. it was near the railway station at Thanjavur .. Now they have extended to many places in Thanjavur n Pudukottai .. They offer very good quality sweets at a very reasonable price .. ( not like other Sweet Shops pricing Exhorbitantly just for their name ) ..

Their " Dry Gulab Jamun " and " Jangiri " are best in class .. 👌👌 .. must stop and try place if you are at Thanjavur Side ... They have many outlets at Thanjavur ..

Their "Chandrakala" sweet is also their...

In Thanjavur for good North Indian food Best option near New Bus stand.

Traditional South Indian food also tastes superb.

They have lot's of variety in sweets and savouries , taste is superb.

Good option to go with family and friends.

I visited this branch on several occasions.

The only thing I come across is service not so good, improvement is required.

Chaat items tastes not so good just okay.

Otherwise other than this sweets and food has superb taste.

The toilet facility is there but not very...
