Barbequeen Restaurant - The grill expert! — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Had a worst experience at barbequeen , Thanjavur, on 19.11.2022 afternoon, when we had lunch.

Want to highlight two important things:

Had ordered the menu at the start itself. Chicken lollipop was one among them, being my kids favourite. Had received the menu one by one except the chicken lollipop. They kept on saying that it is being prepared. We had finished our lunch and had to wait for another 20 minutes for the chicken lollipop to arrive. Totally it took 45 minutes. Just imagine the situation, how I had to calm my kids.

Seeing us waiting, every staff passing by had asked, further orders sir? But none bothered to serve the already ordered one. Supervisor was nowhere to be seen.

The receipt given had a defect in printing, some items and their cost were not visible. When I asked for a clear bill, they told that reprint is not possible. When there is a mistake like this, you expect us to pay without even knowing whether the bill is correct or not?

Went there expecting a nice hospatility. But we were denied even the basic right ( a legible bill for what we ate )

Sorry guys, this is old review.

April 1 2025 - But recently i got expired sharwma 🤮. At 5pm- 6pm i think

I awaiting more than 15 mins for that. In onother restaurant ( in hakkim ) they tell after 6.30 or 7.00 clock u get it. I trust them bcoz. The next day i buy one shavarma from hakkim. I saw their fresh and tasty shavarma. If the chinken is old why the using that chinkens to make sharvarma. Put that to dogs or buy the correct chinkens for sale. U not get excess wastages..

And also i got one bad experience from that worker. I need minus for chinken.so, I ask him.. He said minus also price Sir ( like that 😑 ). even a small restaurant also provide good servive and give good respect to customers. But now a days i not like bbq. In one of the time that restaurant was my family fav. Its okay.. Anyways lets see in future... I will update soon.

Don't use old chinkens for...

Recently visited this hotel for the first time by seeing the review. Ordered biryani and lime soda. Biryani rice was good , but the waiter who took the order was bit not in listening mood. I asked for anything which can serve faster he if you order first the only I can say. Not able to get it still orders it . It was hot requested for fan which went in between no one to respond but came back later , we were hurry but still was waiting for lime soda.

Then went to counter for bill that time the waiters rushed from no where who was not Seen when we were waiting told about limesode. To my surprise alone soda was not prepared at all how careless.

They asked whether to parcel, said no thank and walked away paying the bill.

Will never visit here for...
