I recently visited KMS - Thanjavur with high expectations, driven by the excellent experience we had at KMS outlet in Trichy. Unfortunately, our visit left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my feedback.
The primary issue we encountered was the temperature of the dishes. Unlike our previous experience, the dishes served at KMS Thanjavur were disappointingly not hot. This significantly impacted our overall dining experience, as we were anticipating a similar level of quality and freshness.
Additionally, the ambiance of the restaurant did not meet our expectations. It was not as enjoyable as we had hoped, which affected the overall atmosphere during our visit. We also experienced a considerable inconvenience due to the presence of houseflies, which was rather irritating and distracting while trying to enjoy our meal.
Furthermore, I was surprised to find that there were no tissues available in the restroom. This is a basic amenity that one would expect in any dining establishment and adds to the overall convenience and hygiene of the guests. The absence of tissues was an inconvenience and detracted from the overall impression of the hotel's facilities.
I understand that every establishment may face challenges, and I believe that constructive feedback can contribute to improvement. Therefore, I kindly request the management to take prompt action on these issues. Addressing these concerns will not only enhance the experience for future guests but also contribute to the reputation of the hotel.
I hope that my feedback is taken seriously, and necessary steps are taken to rectify the mentioned shortcomings. I believe in the potential to provide a memorable and satisfying experience for its patrons, and I look forward to hearing about the...

Read moreI recently visited this vegetarian hotel and got a chance to try their Indian food. Overall, I was very impressed with the variety and variety of food on offer. To start, I tried the chicken tikka and tandoori chicken, both of which were cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and juicy, smoky from the tandoor which was really nice. The oils used in the gun were perfectly consistent and impossible to miss. Going to the main course, I had the butter chicken, which was just amazing. The meat was creamy and rich, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the chicken was cooked to perfection, with flavors of spices permeating throughout. I also tried the mutton biryani, which was aromatic and delicious, with perfectly cooked tender meat and aromatic spices that had me going back for a few seconds. Overall, I would highly recommend this nonveg hotel for their Indian food. The flavors...
