Hotel RAKS — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Hotel is good, I am a driver, driver wash room and toilet available, but if any body see the condition of the western classet is ugly, not clean, nobody will enter, classet sitting part is broken, toilet is yellow colour, not cleaned for more than one year, if we use this immediately get malaria, typhoid, driver only taking guest to your hotel y u r not thinking driver need good toilet facility. Most of the drivers taking northindain, Malaysian guest and the driver is local person, y u not having normal south model toilet, I ask my guest to use his room at the time of check out. Not only customer, driver also most important to select ur hotel, my guest ask which hotel want to book, I refer ur hotel, hereafter I won't refer. In my 20 yrs driving life I not seen like this. Toilet mug also not having, one silver jug inside toilet. Rediculas,.... Ask the hotel GM to use one time that toilet...... Government ordered all hotels to provide good and neat toilet, room for take rest Nd food,...in this we need neet toilet and bathroom. With me 2 more tempo drivers went to pay and use toilet for get ready in that day. Note...

A friendly place with staff who care, tucked away in a quiet bye lane away from the traffic sounds. Spacious parking with a little garden, party hall and outdoor space. We needed a room for our family of 4 at the last minute due to an emergency and Mr.Baasha kindly got everything organized for us to checkin smoothly at 3.40am! He has been a great help, interacting with us, understanding our needs and providing amenities on time along with the other smiling staff.

The room is comfortable & well lit with sunlight although it could do with some repairs. Since we stayed for a number of days, we got bored with the same breakfast buffet. Would be nice if we can have 1 or 2 special items each day.

NOT a TRUSTABLE hotel. I booked the hotel rooms on 2nd Jan for 24th to 28th Jan through booking.com website after booking i also called the manager who confirmed my booking. Suddenly 2 days back he calls and says we cannot accommodate you as there's a marriage party which booked and he cannot accommodate us. He tells he intimated booking.com in December about it WHICH is absolutely NONSENSE. The Hotel Manager: "Rajendran Suresh" was so rude and directly said i don't care about where you stay I'm giving my hotel to the marriage party only which booked and disconnected the call.
