Buhari Hotel Mogappair West with Party hall — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I’ll never suggest this restaurant to anyone. If you want to eat fresh food items then never go here. We went for having dinner worst ever experience. The quality of the food is really very very very very worst. They just pre-heated the foods and they gave to us. All the chicken and mutton were not fresh at all. We spent around 1041 but it’s just waste of money. It’s better to cook and eat hygienic in home itself. Worst service. We are asking for hot water and they didn’t even give it immediately. After eating we came outside within few minutes my husband was vomiting. I thought spending some good time with my family after heavy work load. After tasting each and every food I’m immersed into more stress. If I go next time I’ll directly call them and yell at them. The highlighted point is we have taken one parcel and after eating that my MIL was also vomiting. So, guys plz don’t go to this restaurant if u want to have good food and fresh items. They will make u to pay full and he will put you the old food items. I won’t suggest this to anyone. 2 years back, I came to Buhari the quality of the food was really very good so I wanted to go to this restaurant and now everything got changed it’s not good at all. Don’t go there and waste money simply. I don’t wanna give even a single star if it’s less than that then I’ll definitely opt for that. If possible just return our money back. Such a bad experience ever. Never had food like this before even road side food is more better. Becoz of the brand we went there. I kindly request you to maintain your food quality. Don’t serve the old food items to people. If it’s not fresh don’t serve to them by just preheating...

Went there for a casual dinner. Ordered the tandoori platter, cream of mushroom soup, kadhai veg, mutton biriyani, rotis and crispy fried babycorn. The starting was a let down. The soup had a weird kind of smell. It was mostly because the mushroom probably wasn't boiled appropriately. I would suggest stay away from mushroom here.

The platter was what was nice and saved the rating of the place. There were 3-4 chicken varieties, mutton seekh kabab, prawns and fish. Everything in chicken was great and spoke mutton and prawns. The fish wasn't very great as it didn't taste very fresh and was a bit hard. Fish tastes best soft and juicy but it wasn't so. The babycorn starter was perfect.

They messed up the biriyani and got me chicken biryani instead of a mutton biriyani. A big let down in the service department as they are already serving your food quite late despite the restaurant being fairly empty.

The kadhai veg tasted nice. However, it had nothing but potato and 2 pieces of paneer precisely. The rotis were soft and served hot.

The overall experience was average and if you want to have a good platter at an affordable price it's good. Otherwise there are better options...

ORDER WAS delivered at 02.36 PM ..the distance between the restaurant and my home is less than 5 minutes drive : Mutton Biriyani(9043) Qty 2....It was as cold as it was prepared in the morning and Mutton biriyani was delivered only with Bones so it was Bone Biriyani

Prawn Pepper Fry Qty 1 was ordered and billed too. but Prawn with gravy was supplied.

This is not the first time we are supplied with cold Biriyani by Buhari.

I never expected such worst customer service and delivery from a famous restaurant like Buhari.

Let your people check the order before packing.

Do not supply wrong items that is available with you.
