I am writing this review immediately after coming out of the shop. We went inside and checked their menu card to start ordering the food, the person incharge was checking on us, and when we started to order he immediately said it will take 30 mins to prepare the item, and when we asked do they have any other item available, he said NO with ATTITUDE ,without checking and we started to walk out then he was calling us and saying we have other items which you can try , I said only waffle is not available. We just said NO we don't want anything and walked out. The way they treat the customers is really horrible and he doesn't know how to behave when something is been asked. And I know immediately there will be a reply for my comment saying that if we wish to take this concern further then we can reach them via WhatsApp and so so things, so they can improve th service. First try to improve the service with the existing reviews then you can ask for further explanations on the same. I can see many reviews related to the same concern, but nothing has changed.🥱

Read moreExpress my disappointment with the service I received during my interaction with your representative today (19 Jul 27 -11:00PM) @the Mogappair outlet. The person I spoke displayed a bossy and unapologetic attitude throughout my conversation.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect. The whole issue started with the guy asking my son to close the door of the outlet with a demeanoring manner which was left open by swiggy/zomato delivery guys. He was arguing and justifying his behaviour. I cancelled the order, and left the store. This could have been a completely avoidable conversation if he was polite and ended with a apology.
I have been a regularly ordering from your outlet, and will never come after this experience.

When some limited time offer was running, and enquired about the same there, cashier is replying in the tone that as if he is giving the food items for free. Frozen bottle no worries we have lot of options just nearby itself. We finally had our dine at Polar bear just opposite to Frozen bottle. Management from Frozen bottle, pls take a note, change your staffs behaviour orelse you will be packing soon from that area... As a wellwisher. Coz market and competition is heavy nowadays in food industry... Better corect or you will regret......
