Burger King — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I’ve tried Burger King, Mogappair both online and offline, and every time it has been a pleasant experience. Right next to it, there’s a KFC outlet – but honestly, Burger King has its own unique taste that makes it stand out.

The burgers here are different and flavorful, and I especially enjoyed their chicken wings – crispy and well-cooked. Even the french fries and cold drinks felt fresh and satisfying. What I liked most was that the waiting time is shorter compared to other outlets, and the staff is polite in the way they handle customers.

The atmosphere is calm, not overcrowded, which makes dining here more relaxed. Free street parking is available, so no extra hassle for customers. Since this is a new branch, you can clearly feel that they give value and attention to every customer, which adds to the experience.

Overall, the vibe here feels better than KFC next door – quieter, more comfortable, and with a taste that makes you want to come back. If you’re in Mogappair and craving burgers, this place is definitely worth...

I have ordered my food at 9.59pm today and didn't get the order till 11.20pm inspite of calling many times. Initially the delivery was promised for 30mins and then delayed to 10.44pm but I got delivered status in my Mobile app at 10.37pm itself without the food been delivered. When I checked the store, they informed that the order was already taken for delivery. I got the delivery person number and tried calling the delivery person many times, no response.

When a store rely on third party delivery agent, we can expect only this. Because there is no accountability or ownership.

I really got annoyed as I'm waiting for almost 1.30hrs for a burger. Finally the store arranged their person and delivered the food at 11.30pm.

Though store tried to do something on this, still as a process I should rate Burker king '0' star for handling delivery.

I recently ordered a meal at Burger King that came with a small Coke. After finishing it, I felt like having a bit more and went to the counter to buy another small Coke. To my surprise, the staff told me they only sell large Cokes separately. I asked if I could at least get a medium one, but they said no.

What confused me more is that we saw the staff drinking Coke in small cups and eating fries behind the counter. If small cups are available, why not offer them to customers too?

I really enjoy the food and had a good experience at Burger King, but I kindly request that you allow customers to purchase small drinks separately. It would make the experience better and show more flexibility.
