Burma Atho Kadai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Today April 7th 2023 at 8 PM, we visited the shop for Atho, but the old lady who is preparing atho was treating everyone very badly 🤬 as if she is giving away free food. Most of the customers left with sad face and few raised voice. If she is not the owner then real owner should make note of it.

The worst part is when we told to be polite with customers she told we are running this business for 10 years and we know how to run the business 😳

I think we will stop coming to shop hereafter.

Update to owner response: I wonder how you are responding this not big issue and to remove this lady image for privacy. She told that she is running this business for 10 years and least bothered about customers. If privacy is concerned to her better she can stop showing her face to customers in shop. Even she told many customers to get out of shop arrogantly if they are not buying anything. Does this mean I need to leave my family to wait on road to buy food.

Note that we are not buying anything for free to be get treated such badly. Almost 3 families and few individual buyers left the shop due to this lady arrogance that day.

I could see her other images and short videos in same review page and you didn't request to remove those images. I appreciate that you are welcoming negative feedbacks to improve shop but toxic employees or partner will bring down the...

Very very worst shop as well as taste and service in maduravoyal there is no atho shop other then this so the shop is running and if we give 5 starts in Google they will give an free egg masala so that's why the review for this shop is good this is the truth about this and I have ordered an plain veg atho it cost 70 RS per plate and the atho was over boiled and so sticky while eating..and if we ask soup they are not responding properly in all atho shop soup is unlimited they will give with a good attitude but in this shop they are not like that ..( shop not value for money...

I have tasted weird Burmese food craving and I do not have the time to make it all the way to North Madras, the first place I head to is Atho Corner in Madipakkam. It is located opposite to Saraswathy Super Speciality Hospital in Ram Nagar. I've been here quite a few times, and I should admit the taste in Second Lane Beach Road is way better than this, but given the limitations of travel, this is not bad at all.
