The only thing in stock was the billing guy’s attitude I suppose 😊

There are other CCDs close by. Try visiting there and let this place be “out of stock” from people.

PS: 30 minutes after waiting patiently for my order. Instead of bringing a non-veg sandwich, I was brought a veg sandwich. Also, the representative is completely unapologetic. To my surprise, there is no water in the restroom or to wash my hands. The place is completely swamped with mosquitos. Unbelievable to be seated at a CCD and posting...

Pathetic staff. Who have put the opening time as 9 AM and when reached the venue, they said 10:30 in a very rude manner. Spoiling the entire brand of CCD. The staff who were cleaning the CCD than the staff who managed it. Woefully horrible.

The staff, who is in charge of opening the shop was woeful. Kindly hire someone who considers the customer atleast as the third most important aspect of business if not the most important. Hire someone with passion and minimal communication ethics. It's a plea.

Pls do a service to people, kindly put in Google the correct time of opening or pls put it as the place as shut.

I turned on Sunday 10th around 6:30pm where we were waiting at counter for nearly 20 minutes no staff to assist. We then went around the corner where 2 male member was in room and we have request them to serve . Customer service was null and after these members arrived they were reluctant to answer our questions and simple rushed us in placing some coffee order . The chocolate cake was sickly with more sauce . It tasted old , stale food . I have used cafe coffee day in other states and districts but this was worst experience . If possible I would report the staff to the supervisor and it was utter disappointing...
