Disappointing Experience with Hot Breads Delivery
I recently ordered from Hot Breads, and let me tell you, it was a rollercoaster of disappointment. First off, the delivery arrived with a glaring mistake - my sons name was nowhere to be found on the package. Seriously, how hard is it to include a simple name on an order? It's like they were playing a game of hide and seek with basic customer service. And to add insult to injury, they wrote it in a different color cream, as if to mock my frustration. Bravo, Hot Breads, bravo.
The service was so abysmal that I ended up spending more time waiting for my order than actually enjoying it. And when it did finally show up, it was a sad excuse. Dry, tasteless, and certainly not worth the money I shelled out for it.
What's even more disappointing is that this branch supposedly boasts 35 years of experience. You'd think after three and a half decades in the business, they'd have figured out the basics of customer satisfaction. But alas, it seems like they're more focused on driving customers away than keeping them coming back. If you're looking for a dining experience that will leave you feeling frustrated and empty-handed, look no further than Hot Breads. With service this poor, it's no wonder why I predict that this branch will be shutting its doors sooner rather than later. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment...
Read moreThis branch other Hot Breads is a small and simple branch. I wanted to have coffee and some snacks but I was disappointed that they don't serve coffee or tea. MAY I ASK WHY ??!!!
I ordered a chicken patty, a macaroon and an almond pie. The food has the stamped quality of Hot Breads but the staffs need a lot of training. Some are busy with their phone, the payment counter did not pay attention and I had to call him out to say that I want to pay. When I asked why they don't serve coffee was met with a stoic silence.
The choice of food was pretty good. The puffs, patties, crepes, pies and pizza all were there except a cup of coffee or tea. Walked out half happy and half disappointed. The pricing is little higher than local bakeries but their quality and choice in the menu truly stands out.
The ambiance is a little disappointing. The place a old and some areas was shouting out for repairs or a paint job. The seating was old. The lighting was decent and so wa te air-conditioning which were the redeeming features of the ambiance.
Go their for the food and don't ask for coffee... you...
Read moreI don't think I have it in me to rate it anything less than 5stars. I studied in a school nearby & hot breads was our hang out spot most evenings. We'd celebrate our birthdays, exam days, post exams days, after evening coaching time, match days, bad days, good days, almost most of our schooldays here. We'd order sandwiches, pastries, cakes, milkshakes,.. It was one of the best times of my life. I remember eating their chocolate éclairs in middle school & the cream filling is still very vivid in my memory. I'm talking about a time almost about 10-15 years back (probably before ~2013). I haven't gone there in recent times but I occasionally order their desserts & muffins from zomato/swiggy cuz I loved it back then, just for the memory sake. Maybe everything changed now as some comments read, but the memories will always be cherished & Hot breads will always be loved by this customer, the memories go beyond the food...
