Read moreKindly enable reservations on sundays. Had a very bad experience with the Manager of Moggapair Branch who made us wait for 55 minutes to allot a table. We were a group of 13 and we called and was told by the person waiting time would be 20 minutes. But the manager took control of the front office table allotment and kept allowing families who came after us in group of 3-4 persons more than 15 families went inside. We were left high and dry. The manager was talking in corporate style when asked you show me a table currently occupied we will wait until they finish. He said it is not possible. We were at the mercy of him. People dining also did not have any compasion for the many people waiting outside. Earlier we had called around 12.00 pm and informed 13 seats are required. He told that waiting time is 20 minutes and there are 3 floors of dining and you can come at 1.30 We came at 1.25 and got a table at 2.20 and by the time we came out it was 3.45 pm. The manager understood the group having old people will find it difficult to move out as they are all waiting and his buck was guaranteed so to increase his business kept allowing 3/4 people inside constatly. Finaly when the rush decreased he joined 3 nos of 4 people table and let us in.
Management kindly take notice of this. Many families above 6 people got the same treatment. Nowadays to avoid such instances many restuarants offer reservation hope CK takes a leaf out and offers customers with peaceful...
Read moreHi all Just wanted to post my honest review of this restaurant Went for lunch on a sunday as 2 people. Person at the register noted down our name and told to wait for some time. After some time, we were called and told to go to the dining room in the upper floor. After reaching the above floor, we were told that there was a mistake and that we had to wait again for some time. During this time, we were asked to place our orders whilst waiting, which felt strange considering the fact that we had come for dining, and they were asking us to place our order while not even a table was free nor alloted to us. We were eventually alloted a table and food was served, but it was disappointing to find out that some items such as dynamite chicken was not available, yet printed on the menu. Towards the end of our meal, the adjacent table from ours was alloted to a group of about 5-6 people. Unfortunately, it seems like the table was not accomodate them. We had paid via cash and were waiting to receive the balance amount when we were asked by the staff to leave our table as the adjacent table had people waiting to take our space. @Copper kitchen, this experience was quite disappointing and made us (your loyal customers) apprehensive about visiting again in the future. I humbly request the concerned team to allocate tables accordingly and not rush customers to leave to make space for others (particularly groups of people who havent made a prior...
