ChappatiKings — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I have been ordering at chapathi King since 2 years. This time I directly went to chapathi kings to order. Worst experience. They don't even listen to my order. Simply said " Wait kijiye". Waited for so long still saying the same " wait kijiye". They are busy at order placed via online. It took some time that's why I directly went there. I left the place and bought north indian thali at other restaurants. I won't place or buy any order from chapathi kings anymore since I get to know how foods are being prepared. Full of North Indians and they don't know tamil .Even if you reply in hindi, they don't listen. Strange behavior as well as Strange place. Even zomato and swiggy delivery persons are frustrated, but what to do customers place order they are obligated...

Excellent food at reasonable cost ! If you are looking for homemade food ,you must try this one ! Their chappatis and parathas were excellent ! The side dishes also tasted great . They weren't spicy and oily and weren't like the regular hotel ones. Had spoken to the owner Mr. Raja who was extremely courteous and sounded responsible. His follow up about the food and the delivery simply blew us away. They deliver everywhere in Chennai but a prior intimation regarding your order would help them. They do have delivery charges depending on the place of delivery , as their outlets are based at Korattur and Annanagar presently , and one more at Adyar would be operational soon. Tease your taste buds with homemade delicacies from CHAPPATIKINGS !...

It's a useless restaurant. The order took more than unususal time. I order in PAYTM ONDC It was showing delivering on 7.35pm i order in 6.50pm. Then around 7.30 pm person called from hotel they said i want to pickup my order, then i told its a delivery option only then why i want to pickup then i told cancel it, he said their owner was in hospital will cancel and refund money tomorrow morning. After 2 hrs one delivery boy called me and he said I will deliver your food, I fight with him and he returned to hotel, then after 1 am he marked as order delivered, I'm not even took my food and I paid, the cheating going on this hotel, I read throughout this hotel review very worst. See that picture I order 6.50pm he delivered 1.30am...
