I had a very bad experience today in Santosh. I bought one small mixie for my daughter (8month old) when we buy that mixie we checked one jar and it ran well so we didn't tested other jars.after 20 days we thought of using that mixie to grind food for my daughter and we found that one of the jar is not fitting on to the mixie and another jar blade broke so we went to the shop along with all the bills and warranty card explained everything.... Manager was non responsive and he told that there is no possibility for misplacement of jar, he added that he is not sure that me and my wife where trying to cheat...then me and my wife got irritated and said keep it that way what is the solution for broken blade jar... Again he carelessly said that we need to take that to some service centre and it will take 4 days... And he is not sure about the service centre... Literally he irritated me and my wife and we were arguing with him for 20 mins with our daughter in hand....finally we didn't argued much as i wore mala for sabarimala so controlled my anger, and told keep it in that way that we are cheaters and we are not going to buy anything going forward and he replied no worries you can go now.... Such a worst experience in my lifetime first time it happened to me.... So we also proposed all my friends not to visit that shop as well ..... Manager and staff...

Santhosh Super Stores - you guys are in a different league. I had to purchase a certain brand of 110V Wet Grinder and I am not in India. I can’t walk into stores and the only option in buying it Online - Bur, I couldn’t find that anywhere. Not on Amazon. Not on Flipkart. But these guys had it. It is not only that, they promptly contacted me via WhatsApp after I placed an enquiry. They followed up with different variations of the brand I was looking for and then confirmed the model and the Serial Number of the product. Did a Video call on WhatsApp to show me the running test of the Grinder. Then with extra Rs. 100 they delivered the product to an address in Chennai within hours. The payment was hassle free and they shared the receipt on WhatsApp.

What I loved is the way they handle the process. Not even a minute in this whole buying cycle, I felt I was lost or confused. While giant software firms talk about Customer Obsession, Santhosh Super Stores are following it in the SuperMarket world - putting the customer first is a very rare trait. I appreciate you guys. Hi Team, we've been purchasing monthly provisions/groceries quite regularly in Santhosh Supermarket, Chrompet. This month purchased the groceries on 16-JAN-2024, billed the groceries and asked them to deliver the groceries worth ₹6499 at home as I commuted by bike. The store person in the billing counter said that the home delivery can be done only on 19th JAN as most of the guys were off due to Pongal festival, I accepted it and asked them by what time on 19th the groceries can be delivered. I was promised by the staff that it'll be delivered before lunchtime on 19-JAN-2024. And today I was engrossed in work and after lunch around 3 PM realised that the groceries have not yet been delivered. I called the Chrompet store but no one picked, I tried multiple times and then called the Santhosh Superstore and a guy named Mr.Sathish picked the call and he chased the Chrompet store staff for delivery and I received the groceries around 4:30 PM. Felt bad when the groceries weren't delivered by said time and also no one was picking the call. Thanks to Santhosh Superstore Mr.Sathish for resolving the issue at the earliest. Hope I don't get to experience this again and expect the management will streamline...
