Recently visited this place for the first time with my family. Ordered food around 8.40pm and waited nearly 30mins. Before me there were only two customers who waited for their orders. When I checked the billing person after 30mins, he simply asked me wait for another 15mins. I was unhappy and asked him to provide the refund and he provided immediately. Ordered a Classic Kitkat Cake For my son's birthday, informed them I will pickup the order by 5.30 , but even I went there by 8.30 the order was not ready and was asked to wait .
