Very worst service especially branch manager, I am regular customer as it is near to me so initially they requested for 5 start rating I too given for Courtesy and they took photo of it for reference.. they didn’t inform me about my credit points they billed full .. at time of feedback call they saying credit points are there…. after next visit their response completely changed(that’s y I put this detailed review) . I never seen any hotel who can not apply offer after bill otherwise need go to till CEO of the company for applying offer. Also thalapakatti playing smart move on all offers and credit points. They are just eye wash they won’t apply until u explicitly ask them otherwise immediately they print bill and they will say offer can not apply after billing . Such a smart way of bluffing customers. I have seen many hotels voluntarily apply all applicable offer while billing if customer forgot to mention to value customer money, but here case is diff they won’t say any of ur available Credit points or offers. If we forget to ask them about offer, immediately they will print bill then no option to change… ur offer is invalid🤷‍♂️. Recently they missed to apply offer they blamed me like I should have asked them(kind f begging) in entrance itself about offer …. finally they promised me for next time will do complementary but when I ask next visit . I told them before billing but they said already billed , why didn’t u inform b4 order so can’t do complementary.. they just gave fake promises. I suggest if anyone thought of use ur credit points or any offer pls ask them for applicability in gate itself or every item u order keep inform them about offer Bz that manager told me today in thalapakkti every item we order, immediately it will get billed after that only preparation will start in kitchen(in my life never seen this kind of billing system , even in abroad hotels 🤦‍♂️… if I know This process early would have went to some road side hotel)… if u forgot then don’t expect any offer which all eyewash. . These feedback already given orally in ur feedback call but still ur employees behaving same no change🤷‍♂️… I strongly suggest my frnds to NOT go thalapakatti by believing their offers. Especially this branch. I may request google to put any negative number in review dashboard so that this kind of situation can b reviewed in negative numbers and customers money will get saved. Tried their new flavor biryani - Nattu Raja Biryani. Very flavourful, High but not too high in spicy, Compared to usual biryani Gives a altogether different flavour. Same sirraga samba rice only. It's ok to give it a try. It gives more or less... Just like banglore's donna biryani flavour. Will be very plain and dark green in presentation. Mildly high in spicy and highly flavourful with high masalas. Rest is... Yet another biryani with mild different taste.

Thanks to the waiter, for suggesting their new recipe. Yesterday was their first day of launching that biryani, Initially the waiter gave a sample to try that biryani and we ordered as it impressed.

Hopefully today worlds biryani day. Many would have tried and enjoyed that.

Atmosphere / Ambient... Donno AC wasn't working. Requested them. But no use. The ambience was a little clumsy., false roof, interior, dull lighting, dull seating. Gives very little bad feel. But ok if need just good food. Would be great if...
