Dine n Fun — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I hade given complaint against this hotel recently as i got food poison and they went to the hotel and said this....dont ever try food from this hotel Respected sir inspection was conducted regarding WhatsApp complaint no.1024/unhygienic, kpm/Aug 30 at Dine 'fun' restaurant situated at no:5/7, velachery main road, Vijeay nagar, medavakkam, Chennai -600 100 on 31.08.2021. Nature of complaint -unhygienic. The owner of the restaurant is Mrs.kavya. The in charge person is Mrs.R.Meera. Has valid fssai License (12419008002390) and not promptly displayed. Inspected entire premises in and around. Findings - no proper hygiene has followed, fly nuisance were present, Dust-bins were without proper lid, food handlers were working without apron and had not obtained medical certificates, prepared foods were not properly covered, freezer was in unhygienic and not properly cleaned. Using plastic straw for juices. seized 100gms of plastic straws. Thoroughly checked other items in the Restaurant for best before date(salt packets, sauce, oil, water bottle and masala packets). They were found to be within the best before dates. Action taken -Instructed to maintain the premises hygienically -Instructed to adopt proper pest control _ Instructed to get medical fitness certificate for all Food Handlers, to wear Head cover, Apron, Hand Gloves, Should vaccinate all and to adopt proper covid norms. Instructed to maintain the purchase bills. Instructed to purchase food products from fssai license holer Lifted surveillance sample Tandoori Chicken 500 gms Notice under section 55...

You will be treated as begger if you want to sit on the roof top. There is a one person like Gurkha always smoking infront of the stair case he will stop you before you go to the roof top and ask how many person. If you are less than 4 or you look like not going to bill more then he will say there is no place. But actually there will be place it's just because you won't look like bill more. Actually I went with my kids they wanted to sit onthe roof top... But he denied and allowed one couple.(perfect mama velai) You won't get any hospitality there. if you want to loose your self respect then go there. One advice for the owner. If you look at humans as money making machines, mark my words.. count your days.

Lot of ajinomoto in the biriyani and...

May be 2 or 3 years back I gave 5/5. But yesterday we had a very bad experience by ordering food in Dine and Fun through Zomato. We had a special occasion at home becoz of ur food the total day was spoiled. I ordered Noodles where the noodles was spoiled. And then on the list 2 fried rice, naan and panner butter masala. Where in the fried rice was filled with oil and no salt. All the food was previously cooked may b a day before or that morning. They just heated and packed. Such a disaster food. Thank god my kid didn't have the food. I request the concern people from Dine and Fun never ever repeat this mistake again. Pls don't play with...
