FROZEN BOTTLE, MEDAVAKKAM — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Worst customer service when buying person. Today i happen to get medavakkam store in person and after ordering, they said its going to take 25 minutes. When i asked about door delivery they asked to call number and that person was just standing outside shop but indirectly refused to delivery. Shop person said he can make it ready in 10 minutes but still i had to wait for 15 minutes to get it done and they gave 6 bottle in hand for take away. I asked for a paper cover and person said they dont give as it will tear and this that. When some one purchasing such high priced product basic packing is a simple common sense which lack and dont even have respect to give a decent respose to customer. Simple food delivery shops do proper packing for hand carry and these ppl really lack respect for such high price...Worst worst customer service......

I usually buy a lot from Frozen Bottle. I love their Thick Shake ranges. Plus, I'm an ardent worshipper of the Tiramisu Shake and the Choco Ferrero Rocher jar. They're all just so yummy. You can never get enough of them.

When it comes to their snacks, instead of Sandwiches, I usually go for a Panini. Believe me, It's worth it. There's always more gooey cheese or fillings inside the Panini more than a Sandwich, plus the bread's thinner.

I'd suggest you go for their nutty range of drinks, the persian one is heaven on your taste buds.

Today, the other staff must've been on leave. There was only one guy and it took a while for our order to be served. But, I could see the struggle the guy was facing & the stress he was under. I hope you know you're doing a great job and I loved my drink!...

One of my shittiest experience, I’ve been into frozen bottle’s other branches multiple times but this branch gave most disappointing experience 1, they didn’t even provided a proper bill, but they were a sticker saying if no bill consider the food is free, haha 2, I ordered mocha cold coffee it tased but but it’s ok to taste bad sometimes but they were solid ices in it they didn’t blended it properly 3, they don’t even have a restroom but it’s ok not every restaurant or cafe has it but it would be better if they had

My final conclusion is I love frozen bottle that’s why I stopped as soon I saw one but pls work on these few things, hope I didn’t disappoint anyone, i just got disappointed and didn’t want anyone else to experience the same...
