Bunch of worthless people running a hotel.

Even smaller and poor shop vendors will collect money from their customers when the customer feels satisfied of the service. But these people have no shame or ethics.

Visited yesterday evening for dinner. Right from visiting, their behaviour is not good. We ordered a baby corn manchurian and masala papad for starters and Idiyappam and noodles for main course. While taking order itself I told the waiter 4 times reduce the spice in masala papad. But he didn’t even care to listen.

The corn came first and immediately noodles came. So only one person can eat while other person has to stare. Waited for the masala papad and let the noodles chill.

Then came the masala papad just opposite the way we ordered.(we regularly visit this hotel and every time we order the same masala papad. So we know the taste of it. Hence we asked the waiter to reduce the spice and hotness in it). It was very spicy so simply we had to push it aside.

When tasting the noodles, the noodles doesn’t have any salt. When asked for salt, they brought it in a cup and asked us to put it and mix ourself.

Fed up with all these poor service, I called the in charge and explained the issues. They simply took the food away.

They behaved as if we were some simpleton and they were stooping to help us. Not once, not even once they apologised for their mistake.

I really got fed up, and got away from the table and went to the billing counter to pay the money for the food we tasted one bite.

And guess what. They billed for the entire food. The total bill amount is 561₹. And if you want some proof I can share my Gpay screenshot.

Those shameless people happily took the money.

Even people working in smaller roadside jobs will accept money only if their customer feels satisfied. But these people have no bloody ethics.

After a very tiring day we visit your restaurant. I may have dressed simple yesterday. But that doesn’t mean we’re poor....

We visit these restaurants only for their service despite of heavy pricing, went on peak hour sat in a table where 2 more customers were sitting. The waiter was blindly delivering orders no patience to get orders and finally he was adamant that he will bill both of us together only ... was so tired and totally spoiled the mood ... felt like I won't come to your hotel anymore .. None of you ppl once you grow provide a consistent service .. kindly train your ppl how to handle customers and stressful peak hours that's what and why we pay hefty.. Finally I was not provided with a bill too.. I know what consequences it can do ... paid money and spoiled the mood ...

Visited on 24th Jan hope they have done some maintenance work AC is good .. I went lil earlier around 6pm got 4 hot steaming idlis, satisfying 😌.. again more than their food I loved their service hope the same person I have mentioned below did the service.. I'm upgrading 1 star with my experience to last visit will have few more visits and do the final rating.

Earlier I have purchased sweets from this shop and was good. The hotel was maintained clean. Staffs were very courteous. I asked for hot water twice Selvakumari served with no hesitation, Even asked me to review about the food and service I appreciate her dedication to her work and to the organization. This time I tried lunch, mini meals quantity wise mmm ok , since they sell with a brand. and taste wise didn't liked it. But it's smooth and heavy less with the stomach.

Paying such a high cost no proper AC. No cushioned seats. These are the things actually the customer pays the...

We recently celebrated our baby shower at Namma Veedu Santha Bhavan in Medavakkam, and it was an unforgettable experience. We originally expected 130 guests, but the turnout was even higher at 180. Despite the last-minute increase in guests, the team at Namma Veedu Santha Bhavan handled it with utmost professionalism and grace.

A special mention goes to Mr. Munusamy, the hall manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. His cooperation and assistance were truly commendable.

The venue was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating the perfect ambiance for our celebration. The food was delicious, and the service was prompt.

Our family and friends had a wonderful time, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to host this special event. Namma Veedu Santha Bhavan exceeded our expectations in every way.

Thank you to the entire team, especially Mr. Munusamy, for making our baby shower celebration a memorable one. We highly recommend Namma Veedu Santha Bhavan in Medavakkam for any special occasion!
