This place is pointlessly occupying resturant place in RMZ Millenia. Depending on the staff mood they will deny service to all customers who are in the office and wish to have pizza for lunch.
The RMZ resturant space should serve people who go to office there, but the staff or management is misusing this space and depending on their whims and fancies denying service to customers who rely on domino's for lunch.
People like me patronise fominos for brand consistency, the staff and the management of this resturant is spoiling the name of domino's.
When denying service the staff is rude too, I ak a regular customer, but I have been denied service rudely.
Domino's isn't reliable, and I wonder if RMZ management is aware or even care about the misuse...

After that the delivery guy shows up and says that he had an accident, so he got late and asked me to pay the full amount. The food quality was ruined and it was cold. The store had 30 min guarantee but the manager told that refund will be processed through wallet so I have to pay. After that no refund was given to me. After days of struggle the manager contacted me stating that they have a technical issue and only half the amount can be refunded, because Domino's TnC state only half amount refund in 30 min guarantee. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the service here. On 6th Sept around 1:49 AM, I placed an order, but shortly after, I got a call saying they didn’t have tacos and the order was cancelled from their side. I was told my refund would be processed soon, but nothing happened.
I have been constantly following up, raising 4–5 concerns, and even tried to reach the manager multiple times. Most of the time, he doesn’t pick up, and if he does, he just says, “Wait 1 hour… 2 hours… I am checking,” but never gives any real response. It’s been very frustrating.
This is the second time I am facing the same refund issue with Domino’s. Such poor handling of customer concerns is unacceptable. Please don’t order from here — they don’t value customers’...
